We see heroes at a scene where two villains are holding two children captive when the villain with muscles on him is impatient and yells. "THAT'S IT I'M KILLING THEM!! SAY TO YOUR MOMMYS AND DADDYS FOR ME!" The villain known as Muscular yells like it was as if time slowed down.
The heroes realized it was now or never to rush in and save the boy and girl and the other civlians trapped. Mandalay could watch in horror as the villain raises his hand to end the boy and the girl's lifes. All round unit city, people were turning away, not wanting to see the deaths of the young boy and young girl, All Might was frustrated with him self that he couldn't get past his limit and arrive there in time. All the students couldn't believe they were going to watch two innocent deaths. Rias wouldn't stop chewing her hair, Izuku wouldn't stop crying, Lucky was trying to pull his hair out, Kaito was breathing in and out of a brown paper bag. the rest of them were staring at the screen. "TIME TO DIE YOU BRATS!" Muscular yelled as the kids closed their eyes waiting for impact

Suddenly a voice shouted. "DIGITAL CHARGE!" a fist slams into Muscular's face as Digital Data burst from the attack on the person's hand as muscular went flying into the second villain known as Overhaul as they crashed into barrels, the person lands on his feet. "AUNTIE!!" Kota yelled as he went running to mandalay crying. "Kota!" Mandalay said crying as well, as for the girl. "PAPA!" the little girl known as Eri went running to the person and hugged his leg as they bent down and hugged the scared girl. "It's alright eri, you're alright." The person reassures Eri and looks up at the villains with anger and hatred.
All of Unit City saw the person and released a sigh of relief. They didn't have to see two children die on live air. "Phew that was close..." Barclay said as someone then said. "Good thing your friend came on time." Viola said. "Thank god he came there in time." Shinjiro said as everyone turned to the screen and watched the battle begin.
"So, you want to capture innocent people and my daughter just to grab my attention huh?" The person said as his voice sent chills in everyone who was watching.
"Geez, Marinette, your friend is scary..." Alya said to her friend. "I've never seen him like this..." Marinette said. The Toei characters was hiding behind their seats in fear. yes, even marvelous.
Muscular and Overhaul got up as they saw the person they were wanting to fight in front of them. "So you finally came, Kotaro Saito" Overhaul said as the person is revealed to be our main character, Kotaro Saito. "Perfect! Maybe this time things will be exciting for me! Musuclar said as the two villains said both in unit. "YOU'RE DOOMED KID!". But Kotaro then swiped his hand to the side as a screen showing selections of riders as it landed on a rider of his own. he hits the henshin button and the screen goes inside of him as a suit morphed on him and armor being created onto him and a giant card slams onto his visor revaling his rider's visor. "Ore wa Ganbarider, Tsumi no nai muryokuna mono no tame ni tatakau eiyū!(I am Ganbarider, A hero who fights for the innocent and powerless!) the screen goes black as his visor glows before title card!
