A fallen angel

Chapter 5

It has been a couple days since the incident with Lad- Alcina, and her daughters have started to show up a lot more. Daniela always wants to read to me in the library, where as Cassandra wants to play hide and seek. Bela just wanted to show me her paintings. I finally found out that she painted most paintings in the castle. I was amazed by her artwork.

Alcina has been checking on me regularly, like every 2 hours, to make sure I'm feeling okay and if I need to stop work to calm down. Honestly she's such a sweet person, how could anyone hate her and call her and her family monsters. She literally saved my life! I could never repay her for everything she's done for me.

Alcina said that she can cut down the amount of chores I do during the day but I told her I work here so I need the chores. She was okay with it but she did say that I could come to her if needed to reduce those chores.

I was cleaning the Hall of Four when I heard buzzes come from the door way. "Mother wants to see you Esme." I turned to look at Bela. "Okay I'll come in a minute, i just need to clean up the mess." "Sorry but she really wants you now." Bela collected me in her swarm of bot flies and dragged me to Alcina. This made me giggle and start to slip. Bela must have heard my giggling. "Have you slipped little one?" "Wes bewa! Dis fun." "I'm glad you like it cutie."

We arrived at Alcina's study. One place that I have never been. It made me a little nervous but I put on a brave face for M- Alcina. "Hello Esme!" "She has slipped mother, that's kind of my fault as I picked her up in my swarm and she found it fun." "That's okay Bela it was nothing serious, You're dismissed." Bela left and Alcina turned to me. "Come here darling." I waddled over to her and she pulled me onto her lap. "How are you draga?" "Mes gud ma- Awcin!" I'm so glad she didn't notice my slip up. "That's good little one, do you want to have some fun whilst i work? You can play with some toys I bought just for you!" "Otay wes peas!"

Alcina returned to work whilst i played with my new wooden pony and stable. It was so fun. I really needed the potty but I didn't know where one was so I held it. That was a bad mistake because m-Alcina picked me up to put me on her lap and it scared me which caused me to loose the grip I had on my bladder.

"Oh no darling it's okay, we can go clean up." I was in absolute hysterics. I just wet myself on my bosses lap. This automatically pulled me out of head space and I ran! I didn't know where I was going to go but I really needed to run and hide myself from this massive mistake I just made.

Alcina's POV:

She ran. She ran from me from a little mistake. What went on during her childhood to cause that reaction. I went to run after her but she was already gone and I couldn't hear her. I decided to go clean myself up and grab a set of clean clothes for her for once I have found her.

"DAUGHTERS!" My children appeared right before me. "Yes mother?" "I need you to find Esme as she has ran off after having a little incident. Don't comment on it if you find her, comfort her and call for me." "Okay Mother!" They replied as they flew off.

I really hope they can find her.
