Something Special

Chapter 1: The Club

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing. Damn.. how late did I sleep in? I think, looking around the room absorbing the afternoon daylight. I grab my phone and look at the caller ID. It's Tanya. I answer.

"What's up girl?" I ask.

"Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to hang wit me and D12 tonight?" She asks.

"Oh, ok. Where at?" I ask.

"Bleu" She says. Bleu is a Night-Club not far from where I live.

"Aight. I'll come." I say.

"Awesome, it'll just be you, me, D12, and a few groupies I guess." she informs me.

"Aright, thanks. Wanna come over later to get ready togetheR?" I ask.

"Sure, see ya." she responds.

"Bye, see ya". I say and hang up.

I'm excited. I've never met D12 before. But I'm a big fan of their music so I can't wait. I just don't want to be too much of a fan-girl.. I don't want to annoy them all night, so I gotta play it cool. It's already 4:00 p.m. since I slept in so late so I decided to go make some food. I'm starving.

Later, around 8 p.m. the doorbell rings and i already know it's Tanya, so i go straight to the door and open it.

"Hey girl, come in". I say as i step aside to let her walk in.

"Hey" she says.

"Ok, so what do I wear?" I ask her as we make our way upstairs to my room.

"Well, I say something hot." she says which makes me laugh.

"Alright" I walk to my closet and look around for a second while she changes. I pull out 2 dresses and hold them up, one is olive green, shimmery, short and tight on my curves. And the other is white with a low v neck and slit up the leg. "Which one?" I ask.

Tanya turns around. "Hmmm" she thinks as she looks back and forth from the two dresses. "The green" she says, and walks to the bathroom with her makeup bag.

I get dressed in the mint one and Tanya is in a tight, silk, short purple dress. I do Tanya's hair and my hair, then we make our way to the club.
