He looked at me in confusion, his hand grips into a fist. 

"But we are fated to be together, I felt it when I first talked to you darling" 

I mentally cringe. 

"I understand that its painful to get rejected by someone you like, but I'm sure there are other fish in the sea you'll meet that will feel fated to you. I don't see you that way, okay,? Can't we just be friends-" 

I jolt when he suddenly slams his hand on the table.

" Then why am I here y/n...? I knew the moment I woke up in my home that the environment felt different, so familiar but for some reason not the same. And when I spoke to you, I felt such a deep connection, that has to mean something. I'm your boyfriend aren't i?.." 

I gulp at the crazed look in his eyes. He looks confused, frustrated and hurt at the same time. 

"Y-You can find deep connections if you download the tinder app-" 

"darling" 

His voice scares me, but then, I start to feel angry. 

"No! I don't have to be with you just because you like me, there are other fish in the sea, I'm not obligated to be your girlfriend just because you felt a deep connection. Just because you want something doesn't mean you can always get your way. Stop acting like I'm in the wrong here for rejecting you" 

I get up while fishing money from my pocket. 

Who does this guy think he is?!

I put the money on the table and get up to leave 

"W-Wait-" 

I turn to him as he gets up as well. 

"Peter, there are millions of people out there, you can move on and find someone else who will gladly accept your love. You're a bit too pushy for me." 

I then speed walk out of there, not listening to his voice calling for me. 

I walk straight home. 

I open the door and close it behind me, Jojo hears.

"Hey girl! How was it?! Give me all the details!" 

She bounced, I sigh and give her a tired look. 

"Not so well...?" 

She noticed my expression, I nod. 

"He automatically assumed he was my boyfriend and kept pushing me to believe we were fated together when I tried to reject him as nice as possible. He even slammed his hand on the table!" 

Jojo grimaced 

"Oh... no wonder you didn't want to meet him" 

"You think?" 

She looks down in regret and gives me a side hug

"I'm sorry for forcing you, just wanted you to be happy with someone, you know?" 

I look at her in understanding and hug her back.

"I know.. just, don't force me okay?" 

She nods, "Wanna play some games to get your mind off things?" 

"Yeah, that would be nice" I smile at her. 

I turned on the PS4 and we played a few games, even some single player games and watch eachother play.

I made sure to put extra locks on the doors after Jojo left. Now my house is even more secure. 

Hopefully he doesn't try to break any windows. 

I'm home alone now..

I go on my phone, Peter had sent me some messages but I didn't bother to reply back. 

I message TK for a bit and after a while set a date to hang out after work hours. 

I'd rather hang out with them than Peter. 

I head to bed and get comfy. 

I swear, if my window is open when I wake up again I'm actually going to call the police. 

I shouldn't has stupidly wished for Peter to be real. 

I close my eyes and fall asleep.
