In this alternate universe, Mikey has four siblings: Schinchiro, Emma, Izana, and Takemichi. However, Takemichi and Izana haven't revealed their true identities to Mikey. Schinchiro, despite wanting to recruit them, faces constant denial from Izana. Eventually, Takemichi and Izana leave Emma with Schinchiro and decide to live on their own. A few years later, they receive shocking news.
Izana collapses to his knees, devastated. "Schinchiro... Haaa," he grits through tears. Takemichi, wide-eyed, can't believe their older brother is gone. He moves towards Izana to offer comfort.
Izana, emotionally, asks, "How? How, Takemichi?"
Takemichi is silent as Izana, grabbing his collar, demands answers. "Who could kill Schinchiro nii? Why would anyone want him dead? Why?" he shouts with tears.
Unable to face his brother's anguish, Takemichi watches helplessly. More tears stream down Izana's face.
"It's Mikey's fault," Izana declares. "He couldn't save Schinchiro. I knew Mikey is stronger than him. I thought Mikey would take responsibility for his family, but he always prioritizes his friends. I will avenge my big brother's death. I will kill Mikey!" he says in anger.
Takemichi sees his brother transform from a crying child to an enraged individual.
"It's his fault," Izana continues, "my only goal now is to kill Mikey with my own hands."
Takemichi remains silent.
Izana states fiercely, "Takemichi, we have to become strong, strong enough to kill that bastard."
"Yeah," Takemichi agrees reluctantly.
In the third person narrative, Takemichi and Izana befriend a boy named Kakucho, who, like them, has suffered injuries. Three years later, Kakucho and Izana are 18, while Takemichi is 17. Takemichi, although not directly involved in their training, spies on Toman, sharing information with Izana.
One day, a mysterious person confronts Izana. Filled with anger and loneliness, the person advises, "Sitting here and spying on your brother won't give you anything, Izana."
"Who the hell are you?" Izana questions.
The person responds, "You can call me your friend."
Izana, skeptical, asks, "Friend?"
"Yes, a friend who can give you the power to seek revenge for your brother's death," the person states plainly.
Izana, curious, questions the person's motives. "Why should I take your help?"
The person smirks, saying, "You need me, Izana. I'm the only one who can provide the intelligence and power for you to become Japan's number one delinquent."
"In this world, no one helps without a reason. What do you want from me?" Izana asks.
The person replies with a smirk, "What I want will come to me naturally."
"Deal?" the person proposes.
Izana reluctantly agrees, "Yeah, deal."
The person, named Kisaki, smirks, "Then, I should go now."
"At least tell me your name," Izana requests.
With a smirk, the person says, "You can call me Kisaki."
