Third person - The black dragon begins growing rapidly, defeating other gangs and making money with the help of Kokonoi. Valhalla send a message to Toman, challenging them to a fight. Kisaki joins Toman as the third division captain, while Baji leaves Toman to join Valhalla, seeking to uncover Kisaki's true motives.
One week later, Toman and Valhalla gather at the fight location. Kazutora also joins Valhalla, driven by a strong desire to kill Mikey. The Haitani brothers observe from their seats, and other gang members come to witness the fight.
Random person - What!? What are they doing here?!
Toman and Valhalla exchange glares with Takemichi, who arrives with his captain and vice president.
Ran - So, it's true that Black Dragon is revived by some random guy. I heard he defeated their members and leader alone.
Rindou - What?! Is he stronger than us?
Ran - Can't say he's stronger, but we can just sit and watch. (Smiles)
Other random delinquent bow down their heads toward Takemichi, except Toman and Valhalla.
Mikey - What are you doing here?
Takemichi - Hmm? You're not my dad; I can do whatever I want. I'm here to see Toman fight. I was bored at home, so I thought, why not enjoy this fight?
Inupi - We have popcorn too.
Takemichi finds his spot to watch the fight.
Toman and Valhalla clash.

Mikey runs towards Kazutora, jumping from car to car, but Valhalla members restrain him. Kazutora hits Mikey on the head with a metal pipe, causing him to bleed.
Mikey - Ghh! Groans.
Takemichi - Oh, poor him. Can't they fight fairly?
Inupi - Please, don't do anything stupid. This isn't our fight. (Whispers)
Takemichi - Hey, you two! Can't you fight fairly? Are you scared to fight with your bare hands? (Shouts)
Takemichi - Please fight properly. There's no fun watching this!
Valhalla members - What?! Is he stupid?
As they attempt to attack Mikey again, he stands tall, blood flowing from his head.
Member 1 - What?
Mikey kicks one member's neck, making him fall unconscious, and punches another, sending him to the ground.
Kazutora takes the pipe, hitting Mikey from behind. Takemichi protests.
Takemichi - Hey! Banana hair, can't you hear me? Fight fairly! (Shouts)
Kazutora - Huh? What do you think? It's not a kid's fight. I'm here to kill Mikey. I'll kill him like I killed his brother. (Psycho face)
Takemichi freezes at Kazutora's statement. (In this AU, Takemichi and Izana don't know who killed Shinichiro, so they believe it's Mikey's fault.)
Takemichi - You killed Shinichiro.
Takemichi walks towards Kazutora.
Kazutora - What? Wanna join us? (Smirks)
Takemichi - Why do you want to kill Mikey so badly?
Kazutora - If a person kills a random person, they become an enemy. But if you kill an enemy, you become a hero. (Smirks)
Takemichi - So this is the reason you killed Shinichiro. Takemichi faces Kazutora, showing his eyes with blood from the head wound.
Kazutora - What are you eying?
Takemichi punches Kazutora's face, knocking him to the ground.
Kazutora - Aaggh! My head. (Thought)
Rindou - To hell with this guy. He can't interfere in this fight. I'm going to stop him.
Ran - Stop! Don't interfere, brother. Just look and enjoy the fight. (Smirks)
Rindou - ...
Kazutora falls to the ground. Toman and Valhalla pause their fight, watching Takemichi and Kazutora. Takemichi jumps down and walks towards Kazutora, who is still smiling like a psycho. Takemichi rushes towards Kazutora, kicking him in the face to roll him on the ground.
Taiju - Munch... Thank God I was so bored. But thanks to this banana guy.
Kokonoi - Hey, give me some too!
Taiju - Here. Taiju passes popcorn to Koko.
Inupi - Hey! It's not a joke! We have to do something!
Koko - Man! Can't you just sit and watch?
Draken - If he doesn't stop, he'll surely be dead. (Thought)
Draken runs to Mikey's direction, where he sees Mikey slowly regaining consciousness. Draken helps Mikey stand up.
Mikey - What happened to me? (Thought) What's with this rage? (Thought)
Draken - Don't interfere, Mikey. You're not in a form to fight back.
Hanma - Ohh! So the real shit starts now, huh? (Laughs)
Hanma kicks Takemichi in the face to push him away.
Hanma - Why did the other gang leader interfere in our fight? (Smirks)
Takemichi stands in place, walking towards Hanma, who has an evil smile.
Hanma - Hey, hey, stop acting tough. I used my full strength to kick you. (Smirks)
Takemichi glares at Hanma with cold eyes, hitting a punch to Hanma's gut, making him bend. Takemichi then smashes his face onto the ground.
Hanma - Gaah! Ahahhhaaahaha, you know, I don't care if it's you, Takemichi.
Takemichi walks towards Kazutora, whose face is covered in blood.
Takemichi - I will break every single bone. (Emotionless)
Kazutora starts shivering at Takemichi's reply.
Random person - Stop it! (Shouts)
Takemichi glares towards the figure.
Chifuyu - Baji-san!
Mikey - Baji...
Person (Baji) - I am Baji Keisuke and also his friend. Please don't kill him. Baji bows down on his knees, requesting Takemichi.
Takemichi - Don't interfere with me. Takemichi kicks Baji's face, making him crash to the ground. Baji weakly stands and runs towards Takemichi to save his friends, but Takemichi hits a jab on his throat.
Takemichi - Stay out of this. (Coldly)
Baji - Ack!
Baji stands again and moves towards Kazutora to save him.
Takemichi - Why risk your life to save a murderer? (With wide eyes)
Baji pleaded, "Please! His mental state isn't right. It was just an accident. We didn't know it was Shinichiro's store. It was an accident that hurt Kazutora."
Takemichi's mind raced, grappling with the realization. "What am I doing? An accident? My family lost someone because of a damn accident. No... nooooo!" he thought, his emotions raw.
Takemichi addressed Inupi, "Inupi... Let's go. We're done here."
Inupi hesitated, his thoughts swirling with the abrupt change.
As Takemichi prepared to leave, Mikey weakly stopped him, questioning, "Why did you do this? Are you-"
Takemichi cut him off, stating, "I respect the creator of Black Dragon. I have no more reasons to say. Look after yourself and your members."
The tension hung in the air as Takemichi and Inupi departed, leaving behind a conflicted Mikey and others .
