Ciel and Sebastian's Adventure in Twisted Wonderland

Chapter 2: His Butler, Planning

"Bochan, it's time to wake up. It's the first day of school." Sebastian said in an attempt to wake his sleepy master.

Ciel lazily stretched his hands and woke up.

"For breakfast today, I've prepared poached salmon, accompanied with croissants and Earl Grey Tea."

"Just where did you find the ingredients to make breakfast? We just arrived here yesterday."

" How could I be the Phantomhive butler if I could not make a proper breakfast for the young master despite being in a different world?"

Ciel took a bite out of the salmon,"Hmm.... not bad I guess."

"Bochan, it seems like we have gotten our class schedules, these were just given to us by the vice dorm leader this morning and it looks like we'll be in different classes."

"I see... well I don't think I will be needing anything from you anytime soon, so for now I don;t have a problem with this and if I need you I can just simply call you and you'll be by my side right away, you can go now."

"Yes My Lord." Sebastian bows as he exits Ciel's room.

Time skip to when they are walking out of their room.

"What in the seven hells is going on here, what are these people doing in the middle of the hallway like this?"

There were a lot of students, first years, gathering outside the rooms, in the hallway and it looked like all of them were surrounding three people.

"What do you mean it's not free, you said it was free yesterday?!"

"There's no way I would want to work hard, after all we were your customers yesterday!"

"Work in your restaurant?! Hah! As if I have nothing better to do with my time!"

It looks like they were pushing and talking over each other, trying to talk sense to the three people in the middle of it.

"What's going on, what's with the racket in this early morning?! Don't you have to go to class, it's just the first day, what's with all this noise?!"

"Mind your own business, will you?! This is not about you, get out of my way!" A random first year pushed Ciel, he was about to hit the floor when he felt someone's hands caught him.

"My apologies for leaving your side without permission, My Lord, but it seems like I've figured out what is happening. But I think it would be better if we talked about this somewhere with more privacy." Sebastian told his Young Lord as he carried the little boy outside the other side of the mirror.

"So? What was all that about?" Ciel questioned impatiently.

"It looks like the three, Jade, Floyd and Azul from what I've observed tricked most of the first years into working for the Mostro Lounge since they needed more waiters. On my way back to our room last night, after preparing breakfast I overheard Azul say that the reason why he gave everyone such hospitality in the restaurant was so he can have leverage on them and that they will not be able to defy his orders. With this I figured out that he and the two may have put something, kind of like a poison that allows anemones to grow on their heads, the heads of the people who ate or drank drinks from the lounge yesterday."

"I knew it, they could not just simply be giving free food without wanting anything back. I also found it suspicious and rather odd, even for an upperclassman to be so generous to not charge anyone anything for one day, especially since he would be getting so much less money in his business. A business will only survive of the money they get, to be able to sacrifice the want of money to a business that is doing as well as that, no matter the future outcome on whether it is a good or bad outcome takes a lot of planning and a lot of thoughts have been put into this plan of theirs. We have to be careful of our moves if we don't want to fall into any of their traps, Sebastian."
