"I just Can't believe it" Leon looks down at his wedding band around his finger
"nobody can Claire Ashley nobody can believe it" Chris softly explains to Leon
"how am I going to raise the twins they" Leon sighs "they loved their mother a lot they spent most of the day with Iris"
"It's gonna be hard Leon your shit" Chris jokes chuckling a bit
"thanks Chris" Leon scoffs
"its gonna take adjustment with the three of you because your not Iris" Chris explains as leon nods
"and finding out that my kids are molded let me guess your here for that" Leon asks in annoyance

Couple years Later
Leon's on the bench in his backyard with the phone in his ear and the twins playing on their personal playground. "you ok" Chris asks
"why wouldn't I be" Leon looks at the kids making sure they're safe.
"its your 25th anniversary" Chris explains
Leon looks down in sadness "I try not to think about what could have been"
"sorry are you okay its been awhile"
"The kids are adjusting without her so am I but its hard I miss her"
"daddy look at me" Lily yells from the monkey bars
Leon smiles looking up at the kids playing "I know You hate this Idea and today of all days they need Lily and Damian some testing" Chris explains
"I can't just no They had Iris's blood they don't need the twins" Leon shakes his head
"mixed in with Iris's blood and the mold its once in a lifetime thing besides they need training anyway"
"but my kids no I'll do the training myself they're not lab rats its not what Iris would have wanted"
"I'll talk to them but highly doubt it its the government Iris is gone they don't have anyone left over from that serum only the twins"
"sounds like a them problem"
"your right but its not my call if it was the twins and you would have been at a forcefull vacation cause you need one"

Couple more years Later
Leon's handing Lily dinner "your brother's at a sleepover you sure you don't want to go to one of your friends" Leon asks
"I had one last weekend remember dad" Lily looks up at Leon
"right Sorry Iris" Leon sits down

"she was your mother"

"eat up" Leon looks down and starts to eat in sadness
Couple years Later
Lily is now older a mirror to her mom Iris with blue eyes near Damian mirror image of Iris and blue eyes as well laying on his bed. "what do you think" Lily's holding up two papers with colleges on them
"what you got accepted to both" Damian asks
"yeah but I don't know which one"
"whatever's closer because dad misses his little babies" Damian laughs
"you know he's like that because of mom"
"over protective much" Damian sits up
"what because he didn't let you go to that party mr.football jock airhead"
"hey miss stupid cheerleader" Damian sticks his tongue out at her
"clever but wait a minute have you ever thought of the time dad mentioned Mom" Lily asks
"he never talked about her I don't think he told us how she died either"
"wait what do you remember" Lily asks
"I remember going to sleep waking up in the hospital and dad telling us mom died now here we are" Damian explains
"should we ask him" Lily asks
Damian laughs "thats funny dad still pretends were normal while we got superpowers"
"bribe then" Lily suggests "his birthday is coming up"
"now thats sick talk about mom on his birthday he hates his birthday too so" Damian shrugs
"whatever" Lily gasps "I have one"
Time skip
"hi dad" lily smiles at Leon in his office alongside Damian
"can I help you" Leon asks typing on his computer
"you know how I'm majoring in Fashion"
"yes"
"and you know how you always say don't touch mom's stuff" Damian asks
"what did you two do" Leon looks up serious at them
"nothing bad" Lily downplays it
"well you'll just see" Damian adds in
"damian" Lily elbows him
"show me the damage" Leon sighs "please don't let it be bad"
"come on" Lily leads Leon away from his office to her room
"is it bad" Leon asks before walking in
"no" Lily walks in
"maybe" Damian walks in after her
Leon sighs "better not have broken Iris's stuff" Leon says before walking in to see Iris's wedding dress with a bunch of pink flowers surrounding it and pink ombre at the bottom
Leon sighs in relief "don't scare me like that" Leon shakes his head
"is it cute though" Lily asks
"I didn't do it" Damian has his hands up "all Lily"
"its fine I like it" Leon looks at it and sighs remembering his wedding day
"since I did mom's dress I think I well Damian and I deserve a little something"
"what money" Leon asks
"We want the tea" Damian says
"the tea" Leon asks
"all about you mom and her death you never talked about her and we just want to know about her her life meeting you all of it" Lilly explains
Leon sighs "could have just asked"
"oops" Damian looks off
"sit down" Leon says as the twins sit on Lily's bed
"ready when you are dad" Damian says as Leon grabs a chair from Lily's desk pulling up to them near her bed
