Yesterday I had skipped my last two classes and had a (much needed) meltdown in my dorm bathroom. When I finally got out, Lonnie had a tear stained face as she engulfed me in a really big hug.
"I was so worried about you, Vae. Whenever you want to talk, I'm here." She said.
Shocked, yet grateful, I hugged her back just as tight. To ease our moods, we snuck into the kitchen at night, which was when Lonnie then introduced me to the amazing desserts; chocolate and ice cream!
"This is sooo good!" I moaned as I ate the cold delicacy. Lonnie giggled.
"There are a lot of other flavors, but the one you're eating is called Cookies n' Cream. Careful, eat it too fast and you'll get a brain freeze." She said.
We spent the next hour or so indulging in sweets and gossiping. I also decided to show her a drawing I made for a new tattoo idea.
"You have tattoos?" She asked, shocked.
I nodded my head and showed her the two I have so far; a snake on my left middle finger and a tribal crescent moon on my right wrist. The design for the new tattoo was of a rose with thorny vines and a message written in black calligraphy: A Rose is Only as Beautiful as Its Thorns.

"Wow, Nevaeh! You're so talented!" She complimented, I blushed.
"Thanks, Lonnie." I said.
"How are you gonna get it done?" She asked as we headed back to our dorm.
"I'll do it myself now that I can use my magic. Back on the Isle I had someone do it for me." I explained.
"You know where it's gonna go?" She asked as we stepped into our dorm, closing the door behind us.
"Yeah, it's gonna go on the back of my right shoulder blade." I said. It was getting late, so we went to bed.
The next morning, once I was done showering and moisturizing, I conjured up an enchanted ink pen that would draw the design on the back of my right shoulder blade.
"Oh, you're doing it now?" Lonnie asked as she put on her shoes.
"Yeah." I replied. I soon felt the tip of the pen on my skin as it started working on the design.
"That is insanely cool and totally badass." Lonnie said. I smirked, trying not to move too much.
"That's what I was going for, insanely cool and totally badass." I said. After ten minutes or so, the design was finished (perks of having magic, which would've taken thirty minutes to an hour if done by hand.)
"It's beautiful. Now, get dressed so we can head to breakfast." Lonnie smiled.
"Alright." I giggled. I wore a cute navy blue, lacy underwear set before wearing a dress that had a silky, navy blue top and a skirt that had a silver checkered designs. I slipped on my thick, black heels, my black jacket, and a few accessories before I did my makeup.
