Please come out..

"It's my birthday dad! Remember? Did you do anything! Are we going anywhere?" Poor Tommy said not knowing what he meant.
As he watched both of his brothers and his father look at each other in confusion, he got worried and started to panic. The only words he could make out and put into a sentence was,
"I'm sorry mate, we forgot."
Tommy instantly sprinted back to his room in tears. His mind was everywhere questioning how they forgot the most special day, he wept as he wish his mother was still here, she would've remembered right?
'Why did mommy have to leave? She said she would come back.' Tommy whimpered.
The tears of sorrow started to turn into tears of anger, anger he'd never felt before.
Tommy ripped his party hat of which hurt is neck, but he didn't care. He stomped on it and ripped it apart. How could they be so careless? This day was so special to Tommy, it only came once a year, he hoped they'd do something the next day but after a week, nothing happened. Tommy chose to stay in his room for 3 days as a coping method, he wouldn't talk, eat or do anything in that time.
His brothers were getting worried and begged him to come out for hours!
"Tommy, we're sorry, we've been busy please just come out!" Wilbur exclaimed as he tried his best to get him out.
Techno even had a go.
"Theseus come out, we know we forgot but you're being dramatic."
It did not help at all, Wilbur gave Techno a mad glare after he said that, which made him apologise.
