Ran away

The floor is cold
My eyes roll
My body jumps
I can't move it myself
I shale violently
Scream
I can't do it
I can't do what I want
I'm caged in my own body
This prison of nothing becomes large
I can barely think
My mind and body feel far away from me
I feel as though it's ran
Nothing feels safe
Nothing can be contained
Everything spills out
Heart
Soul
I'm no longer myself
I'm someone I never wanted to be
It's as though
The real me
