"Hitoshi, please sit down." He does so.
"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm so sorry!"
Hitoshi murmured, sobbing and panicking.
"Its okay, it's okay. You don't have to be sorry for anything, we got you. We are right here and we're not going anywhere."
" Please don't leave me! I don't think I can do this!"
"It's ok, you're ok, can you try to take a deep breath in for me?"
" Y-yea" he takes in a deep breath and holds it for a few seconds.
" Good, good, now breathe out" he does as told.
" You're doing great just keep doing that." Hizashi says. Hitoshi does so and he starts to calm down.
"I'm sorry I don't know why I couldn't hold It in this time."
'Hold it in' does this mean that Toshi holds in his panic attacks every time?
"How many times have you had a panic attack and dealt with it internally?" Hizashi asks
" Uh maybe 2-3 times a week and most of the time it's in class or in public, so I deal with it internally, so no one judges me. If I'm in my room and I have one I don't think about it since I'm by myself."
"Hitoshi you know that you can come to us when you feel like you're gonna have a panic attack, right?" I was genuinely concerned for this boy. I should have known he dealt with this by himself. He has always been private about his situation.
"Yes and I know that yall would help me but when I'm about to have a panic attack my mind goes straight to that everyone hates me and thinks I'm a freak who has no family"
"We might not be blood but we are family, Hitoshi please remember that. We will always help you and you're not a freak. I mean it knucklehead ."
"Hug?" Both me and Hizashi said which made Toshi laugh.
"How can I resist yalls hugs? They are literally the best hugs In the world!" We laugh and all bear hugs.
