Bakugo Katsuki walks out closing the door on the Hero Public Safety Commission building. He turns around one more time and sighs in relief. Finally, his punishment that he and his wife Bakugo Izumi have had is over.  Izumi had already returned to the Green Dynamite Hero Agency earlier. He stands deep in thought staring at how he is now free and has atoned for his serious misdeeds in the past. He can still remember it like yesterday, after All For One and Shimura Tenko had been defeated, and the entire League of Villains had been arrested and tried, with the first 2 having died in the last fight and the rest having prison punishments, except for the warp user who is still at large, came out the corruption of the hero organization. In the process, Izumi and himself confessed their serious misdeeds on live TV.

<Flashback>

Bakugo Katsuki and Izumi are sitting next to each other on a couch facing a presenter from the national broadcaster. "The corruption of the Hero Public Safety Commission president and her close associates has sent shock waves through the country," tells a presenter, "We will now turn to NR. 2 hero Dynamite and his wife the NR 4 hero Green Telek to ask how they view it." "We'll start with you, Green Telek, what was your first thought when the corruption of the heroes organization came to light?" asks the interviewer. "I was shocked, that such things happen in Japan," Izumi begins after which visible tears roll down her cheek and she looks at her husband, he nods and tears start rolling down his cheeks as well. The audience is surprised by the reaction of their NR 2 and 4 heroes, after which Izumi turns to the visibly surprised presenter.

"We can't judge it because that would be hypocritical." she continues, everyone outside of Katsuki in the studio is puzzled, "Where is this going?" many think. "We were also guilty in our childhood of something unworthy of a hero." "What's that?" asks a shocked presenter, "Dynamite and I in our childhood and teenage years bullied, abused, both mentally and physically my 1 hour older twin brother by using our quirks on him almost every day. He went missing after he turned 14." declares a crying Izumi live on national television. "Then why?" asks a now-irritated presenter angrily. "Because he's quirkless." says Katsuki, "He wanted to become a quirkless hero. We originally wanted to protect him so he wouldn't die in as a hero, but we struck out, encouraged by the Aldera teachers and other kids. We only realized what we were doing when he and I threatened to be killed by the sludge villain, and then went missing." says Katsuki as he is visibly embarrassed and his head is pointed down, Izumi does the exact same thing. All the people present in the studio can't believe their ears, in all of Japan who are sitting down to watch, all but 3 families and some heroes are stunned by what they hear.

"We confessed everything to both our parents, and UA and the Hero Public Safety Commission also knew about it." Izumi explains, "Have you suffered any consequences from that." asks internally boiling interviewer calmly. "Directly, we have faced consequences where we had to go to mandatory therapy, we have had to help the community at various locations and have been punished by UA." tells Katsuki visibly affected. "In the meantime, have you found your brother yet? " asks the somewhat subdued presenter, "We still haven't found my brother-in-law." responds Katsuki again, "We want to make it up to him and offer our sincere apologies, that's why Dynamite and I decided to tell it on TV, even though we have already been punished." says Izumi. The audience and the presenter understand at that moment that the 2 heroes are truly remorseful for their past actions. "I can see that. I don't understand anything about your past actions but considering the fact that you still came out with it to straighten publicly everything out I have to give you credit for clearly showing the works of repentance." says the presenter, to which he nods politely and the 2 heroes leave the TV interview arm in arm.  "What I'm less happy about then is that the Hero Public Safety Commission and the government just still appoint such people as a hero. The fact that the 2 heroes are doing everything in their power to get in touch with the missing family member and trying to restore bond between them is certainly neat, but UA and certainly the Hero Public Safety Commission should never allow them to attend training. This will definitely affect the 2 heroes and also the heroes organization in general." concludes the presenter, after which the program ended.
