6. shopping day

ALESSANDRA'S POV:

When I finally found the kitchen I saw Christine talking to a maid, when she saw me she smiled.

"Now I know why Dante wanted to give you his clothes" she said with a smirk, a maid brought me a meal and said "here's your breakfast miss grey".

I hated that name from the bottom of my heart, it reminded me of the 'father' who never tried to reach out for me, not even a call.

"Please call me alessandra" I said with a smile.

"Alright miss alessandra" she said returning the smile.

I turned back to Christine who was looking on her phone, pictures of expensive dresses, "oh look at this one" she held he phone up and tapped on the silk creamy white dress, "I think it will suit you" she said.

"I won't need those type of clothes I won't be staying here for long right?" I said.

"I'm not sure, that's for Dante to decide-" before she could finish a little kid came in the kitchen happily saying "mommyyyyy" then he hugged Christine's leg.

"Babyyy I missed you" she held him up and hugged him.

"That's your child?" I asked "yes his name's chase" she said as she held him up to me to hold.

"Awwwe he's cute " I said "how old are you chase?" I tapped his nose playfully.

"I am..." he put his little hands up and started counting with his fingers "I am 3 years old!" He said happily.

"You're a big boy chase" I said smiling and he laughed.

I didn't notice Christine was talking to a man and Dante was next to her.

When chase saw Dante he jumped and went straight to him, "uncle danteeeee" he said while hugging him.

"I missed you little boy" Dante said and for the first time I saw him give a soft smile.

When chase finished hugging Dante he went to Christine and the man, and I was left alone with Dante again.

"I never thought you would have a heart" i said playfully.

"There's plenty things you don't know princess" he said leaning against the wall.

I noticed that Dante wasn't wearing a suit as usual he was wearing 
Plain black hoodie and grey sweatpants kind of matching mine.

After a moment Christine came back and Dante got a call and got out, "you have a really sweet little boy Chris" I said.

"Thank you, he went with his dad to the park" she said.

"That man that you were with him is his dad?" I asked.

"Yep" she said nodding in a funny way.

I chuckled and washed my plate in the sink, "it's nearly 4pm let's get you something to wear" she said getting up, while we were walking I asked "how old are you Chris?" "I'm 25, what about you?".

"I'm 21" I said "you're young alessa, you need to pick the right man to love" she said looking away and I knew something was wrong.

I chuckled and said "that's not what I'm looking for right now, and yes I surely need to pick the right one".

*time skip*

Christine gave me a nice purple shirt and a mini white skirt and a pair of white high heels, the shirt was a little oversized but who am I to judge I always wore baggy clothes, it's not that I don't like girly clothes I love them, but I don't like the way it looks on my body.

"You look very pretty" she said.

"Thank you" I said smiling, "there is one problem, you need to go ask Dante to let us go out without a gard" she said.

"Why would he listen to me he'll think I'll escape", not that I won't.

"He didn't let me, he's very very protective even to his older sister" she said annoyed by the thought.

"Alright I'll go" I said dropping the subject.

"Oh and he's in his office not his room" she then gave me the directions I need to go to, I nodded and walked out the door.

I followed the directions told and reached a big door.

I didn't need to knock it was slightly open.

I walked in slowly to find Dante talking to someone, I didn't hear what he said but he immediately ended the call.

"Has anyone ever thought you how to knock?" He said looking at the papers on the desk.

"Sadly no, I came hear to tell you that Chris wants us to shopping without a gard." I said with no emotions in my tone.

"Who the fuck is Chris?" He said finally looking up at me,
"Christine" I said, "tell her you're not going without a gard" "please? Pretty please? I won't try to escape" I said trying to
convince him but he didn't give in at first but then he said "alright alright just get the fuck out" he said going back to his papers.

I was about to open the door when I remembered "how many days will I still be here?" I said.

"Until I get enough informations about you" he said sitting up relaxing on his chair, I rolled my eyes and went out.
