Anytime the opposite gender
tell her they like her,
It's like her whole body resets,
her system becomes a mess,
even though it may be a lie,
but hearing "I like..."
always stirs up her light.
Anytime those words come out,
It's like she falls into lockdown,
her head swells,
there her mind dwells.
That three worded sentence
harbour thoughts endless,
makes her mind restless.
"Maybe it's true, maybe it's not",
There centers her thoughts,
but she doesn't care if it was meant,
All she wants is to live in the moment.
Because she rarely
hears those words,
hearing them
even at least once,
always makes her heart dance.
