A/N, 

Beacuse im a wonderfull person and because i missed 2 entire week here is your new chapter read and done. you all (or whoever is reading) are very lucky that i wrote this a while back. so it was all done for me!

So if your confused - this chapter is abt draco and hermion's hogwarts year. this is only year 1 and when they first met but year 2 , 3 and 4 will come soon for now just enjoy this!

~ flash back 1st year~

 Everyone entired the train, Hermiobe was looking around nervosly ' i'm gonna be fine ' she told herself agian and again.she walk around looking for an empty comartment so she can quietly read for the long ride ahead. she was hurriedly looking through the compartments without looking foward and only side to side into the compartments walking fast, then she ran into something or someone , she fell down only to be caught by someone heling her waist tightly, she looked up to find stormy grey eyes looking back at her

"sorry i didn't see you -i was-" hermoine said looking into the face of her saviors

"don't worry about it!" he said cheerfully smiling at her a hand on her hip "are you okay?" he asked

"oh yes! thankyou -"

"not a problem. i'm malfoy by the way, draco malfoy!" he said taking his hand from her hip immediatly after he noticed

"nice to meet you draco! i'm granger - hermoine granger!" she said extending her hand as he shook it

"nice to meet you too hermoine you have a nice name" he said

"draco is quite an intresting name as well- wait ins't draco a constilation?"

"my family has a tradition of name the heris after consitilations - i'm quite found of dragons actually " he said looking around and back at her still smiling

"dragons! i've read about plenty of them in so many books - wait malfoy you said?" she looked at him with wide eyes

"uh.. yes?" he said looking confused

"malfoy as in the scared 28. malfoys?"

"yes. we are one of the pure-blood families that have been there for as long as the world had rotated " he said proudly

"i've read about ya'll too - your mother's beautifull! i've seen pictures.i can see where you got your looks from!" she exclaimed spilling everything in her brain and noticed what she had just said and blushed

"oh so you think i look good, huh? well i won't disagree with you- go on!" he said mockingly

she laughed "wow! who blew your ego to the size of an elephant!" trying to put a serious face but failing to hide her giggles

"im a malfoy, you should have known it comes by birth!" he smirked , she laughed agian

"i see. i see" she said supressing her laugh

"were you looking for someone? " he asked holding onto the tow sides of the walls of the train

"oh me? no. i was just looking for a compartmant to read. didn't find one yet of course" she said looking over his shoulder onto the other compartments.

"oh? you can join my one i have some friends inside but they won't mind. do you want to join?" he asked looking at her

"oh i'd love to! thanks!" she said clapping her hand once and then dropping the book she was holding , she picked it up quickly "sorry -"

"no worries - let's go it's this way!" he said pointing to the direction she's standing

they began to walk down the small hall and the there was a compartmant at the left with the door shut closed and the currtents drawn - draco looked at the drawn curtains and shook his head smiling. he opened the door

"why in the name of salazar have closed the curtsains? what was theo trying to kiss someone again ?" draco asked cheerfully and hemrmoine peered into see

there was 2 boys one had light olive skin and black hair while the other was pale and had sandy hair , there was also a girl laughing at draco's comment she was very pretty with short black hair and light skin and freakles spreading across her face.

"i don't try to kiss people!" exclaimed the sandy haired

"sure mate sure" laughed the olive skinned boy

"draco did you find the troley?" asked the raven haired girl

"huh? no, no i didn't, but i found her" he said pulling hermoine into viwe

"ah already attracting girls i see ,draco" chuckled the olive skin boy " theo you have competion " both brunnet and the raven girl chuclked , while draco glared , and hermoine blushed

"oh hush you two !" said the raven girls shooing the boy beside her the raven boi "hello i'm pansy parkson and pls don't mind these two idiots they are very dum as you can tell" pansy said getting up and pulling in pushing the boys next to her away while they scowled at her

"nice to meet you pansy, i'm hermoine - granger!" she said

"hermoine, i love that name!" she squeeled while draco rolled his eyes and sat in between the 2 boys " oh and this is blaise zabini- his mother gave birth to the wrong thing that's why he's like this-" he said gesurting to the raven boy "hey!" he exclaimed while the other to chuckled

"and theodore nott - he was wans't even born normally he was spat out by a troll when it ate some garbage!" she said making hermoine laugh-and theo jump up and glare "that it not true- i am a amazing wizard way better than you anyway!" he sneered at pansy who did the same

"and this is draco malfoy - his parents had to keep him becuse they didn't allow returns and nobody wanted to adobt that's how much of a whine he is " she said hermoine burst out laughing while draco got up and scowled "i will never do this again but - i agree with theo a 100%" that made hermoine laugh harder and pansy joined

"and you! YOU pick her side honsetly pansy i am never letting anyone i know be friends with you!" sneered draco

"i though you learnt you lesson after daphne" said blaise patting his back

the boys began to fake wipe-tears "yeah should have know!" he replied

"well pleasure to meet you boys!" hermoine said "but it's shame how baddly all your births came up!" pansy burst out laughing and the boys scowld at her

"i like her ." pansy said holding her stomach "alot"

"ha ha why don't you girls make fun of later please!" said blaise

"okay okay!" said pansy cluching her stomach

"soo hermoine are you hungry , cuz i'm starving." asked theo opening the curtains

"no not really " she said taking the book she hand tucked under her arm aside to get comfertable

"o0h a reader i see! oh your definidtly draco's ty- ow- i was going to say your definitly like draco geez drake calm down" said theo

"why am i like draco?" asked hermoine rasing and eyborw

"because your holding a book that is the size of your head and brought up to read it the TRAIN to hogwarts!" explained theo

"and draco could read an entire library and not get board- i mean remeber when aunt cissa freaked when she couldn't find draco for the entire day only to find him reading a book size of a elephant while eating chocolate frogs !" said blaise

"where are you getting at blay?" asked draco leaning back on his seat and looking at his ring to avoid gaze from hermoine

"that you and hermoine are like the same person!" exclaimed pansy like it was obvious

"well i'm sure hermoine has other intrests- than books and not quite as close to me- i mean we just met her!" said draco still playing with is ring looking away from hermoine who was looking at her book sheppishly

"fine then. hermoine what are your intrests?" asked theo

"well um...i guess i'm not that intresting i am quite a bookworm and LOVE books that's quite it!" she said playing with the egde of her book sheepishly not looking at draco who was now looking at her with a smirk

"see draco like you!" said theo

"draco malfoy is a bookworm?" asked hermoine gazing at him supries

"the biggest we know!" said blaise

"oh but don't fall for his braging - but he is unfortuently smart and sporty he's been doing quidditch since he was how old-?" said pansy said with a pout

"7 years and thanks for the intro pans." said draco smirking proudly

hermoine was muggle born but still she knew everything at anything about the wizaing world becaue she's read all the books about it so she knew a thing or 2 or mabey the entire history

"7 you road a broom when you were 7? that's imposible!" hermoine exclaimed

"not if you are foucsed on being better than everyone since you were born!" said draco smirking at her

"oh so you think you better than everyone in everything? " she said leaning foward like draco

"why yes. do you think otherwise?" he said looking at her smirk growing

"why yes i do! in fact i think i'll be better than YOU in every single subject in school!" she said smirking right back at him

"challenge accepted!" he said leaning back "i should warn you hermoine i'm really good it everything!" he said

"let's let the end of semester exam juge that!" she said smirking back

"wow this really happened huh!" said pansy exitedly "i can't wait to see draco sorry ass crying because he lost to a you!"

"oh you wish pans!" said draco and theo while blaise smirked

they talked for a little bit longer and broght treats from the trolley, and ate and talked and laughed

"hermoine if you don't mind me asking what blood states are you? you know like pure or muggle or half blood?" asked drcao

"oh um- i'm a muggle born!" she said grabing a chocolate from draco's hand

everyone went silent theo looked at blaise and blaise looked at pansy and looked at draco he looked at hermoine.and then they all looked at hermoine

"w-what did i say?" she asked keeping th chocolate back thinking it was it but everyine stayed frozen "what?" she asked

"y-your a-a m-muggle born?" asked draco as he swallowed

"um..yes?" she said

"you've got to be jocking" said pansy now staring at her

"oh goody! now what?" theo said also looking at her as he clapped his hands once

blaise pat draco's shoulder as he turned to look at him "regrets?" bliase aksed

"none. you?" he repiled looking at him

"none.theo?" he said turing to theo "none." he added cheerfully sucking on a gummy worm

"so just don't tell your father!" said blaise

"yeah i guess that's it!" draco said looking at his feet as he leaned on his knees

"um..sorry, but i'm still confused." said heromoine

draco looked at her and then at blaise and theo and back at her "we're pure bloods granger-"

"i know."

"well- we're - actually are- family -okay- we come from a very predajuice(A/N sorry for spelling errors but i really don't know how to spell that) enviroment-"

" predajuice means-" beagn blaise

"i know what it means-"eaging draco to continue

"um- so well if our parents especally mine are very predajuice - and well we are not quite allowed to be friends with any mud-i mean-muggle borns ." said draco now looking away ashamed

"oh. well um, can we- can we still be f-friends? or should i lea-" beagn hermoine sheepishly, her voice  quivering as she was about to get up.ussually she wound't have a problem with people not wanting to befriends but these people she's got to know them and they know her it felt different .it felt painful.

"no. no. hermoine we can be friends" said pansy patting her with a grin and rapping her hands around her shoulder for a side hug hermoine hugged her back releaved

"yeah we can be friends and my parents won't have a problem i think.well - just as long as your not planning on marrying me!" said draco smirking

she grinned in relife

"that won't take long!" coughed blaise audibal to all them but still muffled, he chuckled as draco threw a glare

"i'm best man!" coughed theo

"mabe of honour present!" coughed pansy as hermoine glared that direction and elbowed as pansy laughed

"will you three stop!" splutterd draco but interupted by someone opening the door a chubby boy with big black eyes and raven hair and tow big frount tooth like hermoine's but more crooked

"sorry- but has anyone seen toad- trevor?" he asked looking around

"nope " replied they in syc
