The food he had consumed went back up his throat. He was both lucky and unlucky the place had a one-stall restroom, but whoever was next after him... not so.
Cursing his dilemma right now. He needed a way out. Stuck in a restaurant with his whole coworkers was not something he wanted to do. It was bad enough that most of them pressured him to do a bit of drinking and eating. And now, his best friend for the past five minutes has been the toilet seat.
Flushing the toilet, he stood up properly and went to wash his hands instantly. Sanitizing the area and himself, he left the scene in silence.
"Look who just returned! Shots everyone!" Everyone took a pint and chugged it down their throat. He gave out a small smile before he grabbed his coat and draped it on his forearm.
"Leaving so soon Kaneki?" One of the calmer coworkers asked him. He nodded confirming his concerns. "Make sure to get home safe, alright? Better to head out as quick as you can before they notice—" he motioned to the group who were just a few feet away, "Have a good night." He said with a small bow.
Returning the gesture, "You too." And made his way out making sure to leave his share of the tip to the waiter.
Taking a detour he hunched over in a corner emptying the last meals from his stomach again. Whipping his mouth with his sleeves he notices them trembling. Either from pure disgust or pain, he gave a long sigh.
"Now to settle business with someone."

"I was expecting you sooner, eyepatch." Giran gave him a small grin, putting out his waisted cigarette before pulling out another.
"Now now don't give me that look," he waved his blunt around, a red-eye glinting at him threateningly.
"You may be good at your job, but I don't attack children." Eyepatch recoiled in disgust, "Next time, I better be well informed."
"Haha, I will pass the word," Giran replied.
...
"The sports festival!?" The students exclaimed in surprise. Just two days ago they were attacked by a villain group named the League of Villains. Many thought that it was going to be canceled because of recent events, but it turned out it wasn't.
"Is it a good idea to do the festival after the attack?" Jirou voiced everyone's concern, "The principal thought that this was a good way to show the public we weren't shaken up by the attack." Aizawa mumbled underneath the bandages he was wrapped with.
"The festival is in two weeks, I expect you to do your part of the work." And with that, he dismissed the class from the homeroom.
Lunchtime rolled around, and their teacher Cementoss left the class when the bell rang. "Even though all this stuff happened, I can't help but feel excited!" Kirishima exclaimed, "if we do well and stand out, we'll have taken the first step to become pros!" Sero agreed to his enthusiasm. Everyone else started to show just how excited and fired up they were.
"Midoriya, do you not feel the same?" Iida stopped his small robot dance and scattered to him, "of course I do. But something's..." behind them a voice cut in, "Iida, Deku..." the two turned heads facing Uraraka whose eyes were glinting in hunger and motivation and behind her the illusion of purple with a pint of pink flames on her body. "Let's do our best at the sports festival." She spread her legs shoulder-width apart and brought her fist up, "I'm going to do my best!" She turned to the others and did the same.
A few minutes passed before the enthusiasm calmed down. Grabbing what they needed, the group headed for lunch making small talk. Seeing that his friend is still pumped up he asks, "why do you guys want to be a hero?"
Iida's response was connected to his family's tradition and the administration of his older brother. Uraraka looked flustered before revealing she was doing it for the money and explained that she wanted to help her family as they struggled financially.
Midoriya looked at his friends in awe. He was seemingly realizing that many became heroes for various reasons.
"Let's go to lunch." He said, bringing up his bento at eye level wrapped in a blue cloth. "Yeah/Agreed." Uraraka and Iida spoke in sync as they chatted along the way.
"Young Midoriya!" In the corner of the hall crept AllMight who called out for him. Confused, he tilted his head before his idol pulled out a lunch box, "want to have lunch together?" He tried to be as discreet as possible, but a figure like him couldn't. In a panic, he came up with an excuse for his friends and ran off.
"Hm, those two are funny," Uraraka commented. Iida and her looked at one another before shrugging it off and heading towards the cafeteria.
...
"What's going on?" The short brunette questioned at the sight of students from other departments crowding their doors.
"They're scouting out the enemy, small fry." Bakugou addressed as he walked past the trio and in front of the crowd. A disheveled purple-haired student stood up telling them how lucky they were receiving the extra attention. Not to mention declaring war on class A.
"Out of my way, extras!"
The trio behind him panicked when he said those lines. Iida began to scold him, but Bakugou paid no mind to his useless lecture.
Bakugou pushed his way through and out of the crowd, not caring about the people in his way.
A few of his classmates protested, telling him not to leave since he was the one who had ruled the crowd up even more. He simply clicked his tongue in annoyance and walked off, telling them to deal with it.
"Now what?"
...
" Tell me?" Someone heavy took a breath in. "Why shouldn't I eat you." The sound of flesh being ripped apart was heard, but not before a scream was cut off.
