Lisa couldn't wait to ask Jennie already but it was too soon.

"It's too soon right?"

"Just do it Lisa." Rosie said as she walked with Lisa to Jennie's favorite restaurant so they could set it up.

They asked the manager if Lisa could reserve their kitchen for a night. He had said no originally but Lisa had expected that and had saved up enough money to give to him. Lisa kept pulling bills out and eventually the amount convinced him to say yes. He let Lisa have her date with Jennie there after the restaurant officially closed.

Lisa put a blindfold on Jennie as she walked them to the restaurant and Jennie giggled the entire time because she kept stumbling, tripping over her own feet.

"Lisa I'm going to fall."

"I won't let you fall."

"But I can't see anything!" Jennie protested. Lisa was holding her hand and dragging her somewhere for their date.

"I've got you baby."

"I'll trip. You have to hold me if you don't want me to trip."

Jennie felt Lisa let go of her hand. She felt Lisa behind her a second later, wrapping her arms around Jennie. Lisa made them start walking again.

"Hold me tight." Jennie said, smiling to herself now that she had Lisa closer.

Lisa kissed the side of Jennie's neck as she walked them to the restaurant.

Lisa took the blindfold off of Jennie when they got there. Jennie squealed as soon as she saw the little table set up with food. Lisa had brought her to the kitchen of her favorite restaurant.

"Lisa! You didn't!" Jennie said, hugging her.

"I snuck in here to cook for you on our first date remember? I had to do it again." Lisa said, smiling.

Jennie pulled away and kissed Lisa.

"My favorite chef. I can't believe you did this for me again. How did you even manage to get us in here?" Jennie said, grinning widely because Lisa had somehow recreated her little lie about breaking in to Jennie's favorite restaurant and cooking for her on their first date.

Lisa pulled the chair out for Jennie.

Jennie smiled even harder when Lisa took out the food out of the take out containers.

"Remember, I slaved over the hot stove and cooked this for you. I just put everything in here so it would stay warm."

Jennie giggled because she knew Lisa was just trying to remind her of their banter from their first date, about how Jennie had pointed out that the food Lisa had supposedly cooked were in take out containers.

Jennie leaned over the table and kissed Lisa again, unable to contain the warmth inside of her chest.

"I love you." Jennie told her.

"I love you too."

Lisa's heart hammered in her chest. This was it. She tried to gather the courage the whole time they ate.

She couldn't do it though. She was content with the fact Jennie had enjoyed their date at least. It had earned Lisa lots of kisses the whole night and Lisa had to admit that it wasn't such a bad trade off.

Lisa let another month pass.

"Okay, I'm doing it today." Lisa said again, nodding to herself.

"Finally." Jisoo grumbled as she walked with Lisa.

"Wait, never mind. I can't. It's too soon." Lisa said immediately as she thought about it, stopping all of a sudden.
