Ciels pov:

In the morning I was wakened by a bright light

"Good morning love we have a big schedule today" Sebastian said putting his hand on my head rubbing my cat ears

"Do day for breakfast is toast with strawberries-" I cut him off

"I don't feel like toast but I will like strawberries!" I said

"And maybe a cucumber to?" I asked he was supposed of why I'm eating so heathy

"As you wish love" he said putting the plate on my lap

After breakfast I was in my study when I felt really sick like I was going to pass out

"Se-sebastian" I called out before throwing up

"Yes you called-"

"YOUNG MASTER!!!" Sebastian said running to me I started blacking out

Trying to figure out what happened when I was cleaning up

It hit me 'he's finally pregnant!!'
I thought when I was done it told the servents to not mess things up while I was gone

I walked to the store trying to find a pregnancy test going up to the cashier with two just in case

"Will that be all- WAIT!!" The man said over the desk

"Yes that will be all" I said grabbing my stuff

"Your the Phantomhives Butler so who is the lucky lady" he said

"Lucky lady- oh umm this isn't for anyone I know it's for our... MAID! yeah for our maid mey-rin she found someone and she think she is pregnant" I said

"Oh sorry I thought you did nevermind have a good day" he said waving as I walked out

"You to" I said with a smile

When I got home I went to my lord's room I knocked on the door to hear I soft voice

"Come in"

"My love I brought you some pregnancy test for you"I said closing the door behind me giving him the bag

"Thanks I'm going to try them ok!" He said with a smile

It felt like a hour since my lord went in there

He came out with tears running down

"My love!? What is it!?"I said standing up he ran to me rapping her arms around me I fell on the bed when I looked at both of them they had two lines

I was pregnant I was going to be a mother or idk but I'm going to have a baby

Lizzy check up on me every day Sebastian was the best father of them all he didn't mind my crazy feeding habits and Lizzy's mom sends over brest milk so I could feed him I hate it but if it's to keep the baby healthy I will do it

I was laying on the bed Sebastian playing with my stomach

"Your going to be the cutest baby ever! Little Junior" he said teasing the name

"Little Junior? I didn't agree that name" I said playing off with the joke

"Well what name should we do" he said still playing with the baby inside of me

"I was thinking about Arrow" I said

"And I bet he is going to look like you"

"Well of course I'm the handsome man who made this unknown baby" he said

More weeks fly by I'm on my 6 month Sebastian started putting googly eyes in my belly and Lizzy's mom gave me cloths when she was pregnant cloths that will not me to tight or to big they where dresses but if it's for the baby I will consider it

"Young master after your work come to the garden" Sebastian said to me confused about what will happen

When I was done with my work I was tired out it's only 4:57 getting up with a baby I wish I could sit back down but Sebastian wants me so I guess I will go

Getting to the garden it looked beautiful of how long finny and Sebastian took care of it I went inside to see my beloved boyfriend

"What is this?" I asked looking around

"We have been together for 1 year if dating and I'm ready to make the 3 step" he said he went down to one nee and pulled out a blow cat ring

"YES!!" I jumped on Sebastian knocking us to the floor

After planing everything Lizzy checked up on me and the baby

"What are you going to name him ciel" she said rubbing it feeling a heart beat

Lizzy left shortly after the servents where surprised of me pregnant and we where getting married

"It's Jan 28 it's almost going to be 9 months!" Sebastian said rubbing and kissing Arrow

"Yep time goes by fast"

"Really I didn't know that love" Sebastian teasing me
