Capitulo 11: SADE PARIS SUPREMO SEQUIA

Hours after Tirzah left Marco's house.

BUMALIK si Priya sa bahay ng ama nya. Nagtaka sya dahil sobrang tahimik. Pagkapasok nya sa loob at nakita nya ang ama na nasa may sala habang may tinitignan ito sa sariling laptop computer.

"Dad what are you doing?" tanong ni Priya sa ama sabay lapit then she pulls his laptop on her side.

"I'm just looking for some files." sagot nito kay Priya. Tumabi ang anak sa kanya.

"What files ba dad?" tanong ni Priya dito.

"The folder with Blindspot ang name." sagot ni Marco dito. Si Priya na agad ang naghanap. Mabilis itong nakita ni Priya.

"Why are you looking at this again?" Priya asks him again. She has a background details about it.

"I'll just check the files inside kung kompleto ba bago ko ibigay kay Aru." sagot ni Marco.

"Babalik si ate Aruba dito?"

"I'll handed this laptop computer to her. Papunta na sya dito mayamaya."

Priya is checking other things inside her father's computer. Everything is a clean sheet. She turn it off pagkatapos.

"Where's mom?" tanong ni Priya dito. She knows na magkasama ang dalawa.

"She's not here. Kanina pa sya wala dito. Baka umuwi sa bahay nya." sagot ni Marco dito.

"Hindi sya pupwedeng umalis dahil mag-isa ka lang dito." hayag ni Priya dito. Tumayo ito mula sa kinauupuan. " I'll just get something sa kwarto ko." she added at umakyat patungo sa kwarto nya.

Binuksan nito ang pintuan at pumasok sa loob. She close the door behind her. She grabs her phone and dial her mom's number. The other line rings. Nakadinig ng rings si Priya. Parang nasa may sulok ang tunog. She keeps her mom's on the dial. She opens the closet pero wala. Then the drawers on the bedside. Wala sa may kanan so she headed to the left side at binuksan ito. And there's her mom's phone ringing. She ended the call and slids hers sa bulsa ng jeans nya.

Priya picks it up pero napandin din nya ang isang singsing na iba sa lahat ng nakita nya. Inilapag nya ang phone sa ibabaw ng bedside drawer. Kinuha nya ang singsing. She looks at it at may nakaukit na isang eternity sign tapos ang apelyidong Braganza na katabi nito. Napakunot noo si Priya kung papaano ito napunta sa loob. Ibinalik nya ang paningin sa nakabukas na drawer. May nakatiklop na isang piraso ng papel. Kinuha nya ito at binuksan.

It's her mom's handwritten letter for her. She took a seat on her bed at sinimulang basahin ang nakasulat.

Dearest Priya,
Once you found this along with my phone and the ring I might be already left your father's home. I'm so sorry my Raz pati na din kay Marlo. I know this is too painful to do but I have to. Everything that happened was because of me. It's all my fault. Pareho kung inilihim kayong apat sa ama nyo ng maraming taon lalong-lalo sa inyong dalawa ni Marlo. I wasn't planning to tell your father about the existence on the both of you kahit may mga advices sa akin ang ninong Harley nyo. And I don't ever had the intention of going back pero nag balik ako sa kadahilanang I had to see your father again for the sake on the both of you. Pero hindi ko intensyon na tumagal pero he became civil towards me during working hours pero beyond that hindi na. Nakalimutan ko ang plano ko. Then the incident happened na biglang sumabog ang itanatago ko. Aamin dapat ako pero iba ang lumabas mula sa bibig ko. I denied it and I just hurted him. And ended up on losing him. I ended up losing you and your siblings. I'm giving you that ring dahil hindi naman ako dapat ang magmamay-ari nyan. I'm no longer part of his new life. I'm giving him the responsibility of you and your siblings. I know he can find someone better than me. Someone who can love him more and will makes him happy unlike I did towards him. Sana makita nya yung babaeng mamahalin din kayo ng higit pa at tanggap kayo.  I'm letting him go no matter how painful it is. I love you so much my Raz and your siblings and also your father. Take good care of them for me.
