Prompt: Modern Maitino, from Camino's POV. Camino brings Maite lunch on campus, and has the chance to observe Maite in full teaching mode, and it kinda does things to her. So when Maite invites her to her office to eat the lunch she brought, well...Camino might have other plans.
Author's Note: I will not be held responsible for what they do once they're off and running.

I slip into the back of the lecture hall as quietly as I can. It's dark with the projector on, and I slide into a seat in the back.
Maite is up front, lecturing on the sculpture she's got up on the screen, and she's gesturing animatedly with her hands and arms. I smile to myself because she literally only gets this excited when she's talking about art, and I can hear her genuine enthusiasm as she explains the significance of the piece.
I glance around at the students scattered around the lecture hall. It's my experience that a dimly lit room like this often invites students to lose focus or nap, but as I look around, pretty much everyone is paying attention to Maite and what she's saying. She makes a joke and there is an answering rumble of laughter throughout the hall.
My eyes settle again on the woman at the front of the room. She's wearing a dark blue blouse tucked into a gray skirt that hits her about mid-calf, finished off with a black blazer and a pair of small heels. She's got her hair twisted up and out of her face today, exposing the lovely slope of her neck, and I can't help thinking, That's my girlfriend, quickly followed by, And, damn, she looks hot. I smirk to myself, enjoying the view.
I don't often get to see Maite in full teaching mode. As much as I would like to, I've avoided taking any of her classes in case someone decided to make an issue of our relationship. I have no doubt that Maite would be hardest on me of all her students, but someone would no doubt accuse me of sleeping with the professor for a good grade, and that's not something either of us wants or needs. And since I get to sleep with her regardless, I've accepted the fact that I'm never going to get to ogle Maite from the front row of her class. But that doesn't prevent me from ogling her from the safety of the back as a simple observer.
As I watch her move around the front of the room, there is a quiet confidence about her, a practiced air that speaks to how naturally this comes to her. It was one of the first things I ever loved about Maite, her true joy at helping others discover art. She doesn't seem to work from any notes I can see, as if all the pertinent facts are stored neatly in her head until she needs to access them. Her command of art theory is extraordinary, but it somehow never comes off as arrogant or smug - it's truly genuine, and something I find incredibly attractive.
I love watching her this way, when she doesn't know I'm here - she's totally in command, and if I'm being honest, it's a complete turn-on. I settle back into my seat and indulge in letting one of my favorite secret fantasies play in my head, the lilt of Maite's voice from the front of the room not exactly helping me as several choice images flash across my mind's eye. After a few minutes, I'm pleasantly warm and immensely thankful no one in this room knows what I'm thinking about. I shake my head to clear out my less-than-appropriate thoughts, enjoyable though they are.
When Maite wraps up her lecture a few minutes later, I remain seated as she reminds the students of an upcoming assignment that's due, and shuts off the projector as the class files past her and out the door.
As the last student wanders out, she flicks on the lights, and it's then she notices me at the back. A smile spreads over the face.
"Camino! ¿Qué haces aquí?"
