Happiness in Her Eyes

The Date and Her Wish

             Ravi took Suhana to his uncle's restaurant and introduced Suhana to his uncle and aunt. It was 10 AM the sun was reflecting its rays in the water of lake. Suhana saw the lake and was froze for a moment. Ravi grabbed Suhana's hand and said, "Are you ready?" Sunaha asked curiously , "READY.......FOR WHAT?" Ravi pulled her and said, " Come with me." Ravi was taking Suhana for boating. Suhana was nervous and happy. 

      When they were on boat Suhana looked at water and smiled. She touched the water with her hands and splashed to Ravi's face. Ravi also splashed water back to Suhana. They both were playing like children. After boating they went to Ravi's uncle's  and ate food. Suhana said, "Lake Side is my favorite place among all other places." Ravi smiled and looked at her. It was 2 PM. Suhana looked towards television and saw a romantic movie playing on it. There was a scene in movie where boy and girl were hanging together. Suhana tapped oh Ravi's shoulder and asked, "What are they doing?". Ravi said in awkward way,  "They are dating." . Suhana asked, " Will you take me to date?"  Ravi was shocked and shy at the same time, "WHAT!!!!!!!! " said Ravi. Suhana said, "I want to go on a date. Please, Will you take me to date?" Ravi agreed and said, "OKAY."

     Ravi asked his aunt to help Suhana to get ready for the date. Later that night at 8PM Ravi wore a black suit and waited outside the restaurant. He saw Suhana wearing a beautiful black dress. His heart was beating very fast. He realized that he was in love with her. Suhana was smiling and acting shy. Ravi asked Suhana, "Are you ready for the date?" Suhana happily replied, "YES"  

   They went to Lake Side and sat on the grass. Ravi and Suhana both were silent for a moment. They just stared at each other and smiled. Ravi said, " Close your eyes." Suhana asked, " WHY?"  Ravi said, "I have something for you." Suhana closed her eyes. Ravi said, "OPEN"   It was a present for Suhana. Suhana took it and opened it. It was a painting tool. Ravi said, " You said you were robbed and you lost your painting tool so I'm giving a new one to you. Suhana was very happy. And her happiness was about to get double. Ravi said I have a song for you. Suhana was shy and said, "I would love to listen." Ravi took out his guitar and sang a beautiful song for Suhana. 

     They both were sitting on the grass and  looking at the sky. Both Ravi and Suhana were sitting close to each other. Suddenly they stared at each other and stayed silent. Ravi's forehead touched Suhana's forehead. They could feel each other breath and warmth. They closed their eyes and about to kiss. 

     Suddenly Ravi was attacked from behind by cops. Suhana screamed in fear. A voice came from far. "SUHANA!!!!!"  it was her parents. Her parents arrived Pokhara and asked for help with local police. Both Suhana and Ravi were taken to police station. Ravi was investigated and was accused of kidnapping Suhana. "I DID NOT KIDNAP HER, SHE WAS ALONE ON THE STREETS AND I FOUND HER AND HELPED HER."  

     Suhana confirmed that she had escaped from her house to visit this place and she was robbed by locals and it was her wish to explore this place.    

    Ravi was  released and Suhana's parents realized it was all misunderstanding.

   Next day Suhana was about  to leave for her hometown Dharan. Both Ravi and Suhana were sad. Suhana had the best days of her life with Ravi. Suhana did not say a word to Ravi because she did not want to leave. Ravi was upset too but he smiled at Suhana  and waved his hand. Suhana also waved back and smiled.

      As she entered the car with her parents tears fell down from Suhana's eyes. Ravi was also crying. 

     Suhana reached her home but he could not stop thinking about Ravi. It was same for Ravi as well. Ravi felt empty in his apartment without Suhana. 3 days passed Suhana  was not over Ravi. While eating dinner Suhana started to cry. Her mother asked, " What happened dear?" Suhana replied in soft voice, "I MISS HIM." Her parents tried to comfort her. But Suhana was already in love with Ravi. 

        Suhana with tears said to her parents, "I MISS HIM MOM, AND I REALLY LOVE HIM. IT WAS NOT THOSE PLACES WHICH MADE ME HAPPY IT WAS HIM. HE MADE ME FEEL BETTER. I FELT SO MUCH COMFORT WHEN I WAS WITH HIM." After listening to Suhana's word her parents realized that her daughter finally found her happiness and decided to take her to Pokhara again. 

      Back in Pokhara Ravi was performing in the streets. He was singing the same song which he sang for Suhana. After he finished singing he was packing his things and suddenly he heard a voice. "RAVI"  He was froze he turned back and saw Suhana standing. They both ran towards each other. They hugged each other so tightly. Tears fell from both of their eyes. Ravi said, "Please never leave me again." Suhana replied happily, " I will never leave you." They looked at each other and remembered that they had one incomplete moment. Ravi pulled Suhana closer and kissed her. 

      Suhana's  father talked to Ravi," My daughter was never happy before meeting him, I hope you will keep her happy for the rest of her life." 

    Ravi looked at Suhana and said, "She is my happiness"

    Suhana and Ravi both were happy. Suhana realized that Ravi was the person with whom she wanted to spend rest of her life. And they went to Mustang together. It was Suhana's wish to visit Mustang but in search of her wish Suhana found her happiness in Ravi.
