Suhana a 4 years old girl who lives in Dharan a city of Nepal. Her parents were both business owners. She had a very happy childhood till the age 4. But maybe God had another plans for her. One day at school she lost her consciousness and immediately taken to the hospital. That was the moment when her life was changed. She was diagnosed with autism at the as of 5. At first her parents thought she will be okay with this but things were never same for her since then. She often was scared to talk to people and she had very hard time in her school. She was unable to communicate with anyone properly. She even refused to go to school from then. At first her parents thought it's just her childhood stubbornness but as the time passed her parents realized that the problem with her autism was being serious day by day. So, they arranged a private tutor to teach her at home. Then her schooling began at her house. She learned to write her name, her parents name and many more things. Her tutor Jasmine asked, "What are your parents' name?" in that she replied, "My father's name is Ram Sahi Thakuri and My mother's name is Simran Sahi Thakuri." She was very happy with her learnings but she had not gone out anywhere because of her autism. She always asked her tutor, "How the world is outside since her childhood." "Well everything is changed and there are a lot of beautiful places that are worth to visit."
She was very curious and wanted to explore the outer world but she was afraid at the same time. She loved to watch television because she was able to see the real world there and it made her very happy. But somewhere in her heart she was still upset because she was unable to feel the beauty of those places with her eyes. As she grew up she also grew the hobby for painting. She used to paint the places which she saw on television and her paintings were beautiful because she put all her heart in her paintings.
At every birthday she received so many presents which were very precious to her but there was one present she received from her teacher. It was tool for painting . She was very happy as her tutor was the only person with whom she spent most of her time. Her parents were always busy with their work and have very little time for their daughter.
One day while she was watching television she saw places called "Pokhara" and "Mustang". She was so much fascinated by those places she immediately painted on her canvas and was wishing she could visit to those places. But again her fear came in her way. She suppressed her feelings and continued her living. One night while she was in her bed she made a wish that when she turn 19 she will tell her parents that she wanted to visit Pokhara and Mustang.
As the day passed Suhana was about to turn 19 and at family dinner she asked her parents, " Mom, Dad as my 19th birthday present I want to visit Pokhara and Mustang. Will you please take me there?" Her mother sadly replied, " I'm so sorry dear this year the demands of products are very high and me and your dad are very busy with our scheduled. We will take you there next year." But as she listened to her mother's word she got furious and threw her food and started repeating " I want to go, I want to go there now." Later that night she didn't eat her food and she couldn't sleep. It's her birthday and she was unhappy because she could not do one thing that she wanted for so long.
One week after her birthday her parents came to talk to her, " Honey, we wanted to tell you that me and your dad are going on business trip and will not be home till next week." She did not say anything and stayed in her room. Next day her parents were ready for their trip. Her dad came to her and said, " we will be home soon honey," and kissed her on her forehead.
She was alone with housemaids in her big lonely house. At beginning everything was fine. A week passed and she again saw her painting of Mustang and Pokhara. Her urge to visit those places grew even stronger. 2 days before her parents arrival she planned to snuck out of her house and go to those places all by her own. At night she packed her bags with some clothes and some cash for her travel she also took her painting tool which her tutor gave her. Next day she snuck out of her house and this was the beginning of her journey.
