Y/n changed to her normal school uniform after being called to an emergency in middle of the class. So y/n missed half of the lectures and 3 tests. Not that they matter since she was already a pro hero.

Y/n had a bandage on her left arm. It was covered because it was still healing after the emergency. 

Y/n sat on the rooftop alone looking at the view in peace. 

She felt a presence sit a bit far away from her. She knew whom it was. "What brings you here, bakugo?" she asked. "Nothing. it's fucking better here. the air is nicer than down there and i don't have to see those extras' faces." he replied. 

Then the both teenagers fell in silence. It lasted long for around 4-5 minutes. 

"What happened to your fucking arm. you didn't had that before." bakugo said. "You're quite observant." that was the only reply bakugo got. 

"I know." he replied. "It's none of my damn business anyways" he mumbled. "I've noticed a damn thing about you" he said and y/n's eyes avert to him.

She turned herself to him and asked— "What?" 

"You're sometimes missing during class." he said. Y/n didn't have an answer to that too quick. 

She just shrugged. "I just like skipping i guess" she made up an excuse. "You never eat lunch." he said. "I'm not usually hungry." she replied. 

"You stay away from everyone and do not want to be noticed by many people." he added. "I get overwhelmed by a crowd." she replied which was partially true. She would get overwhelmed by people but when she's Y/n L/n because she isn't used to attention as Y/n. But as H/n, seeing citizens noticing her doesn't overwhelm her. It is most likely to be ignored and just go on with her duty. 

"What's your fucking quirk?" he asked. "Nothing...special." she replied. "So you're weak?" he scoffed. "everyone is weak." y/n replied. "I'm not." bakugo replied. 

"Bakugo. You're weak too. Mentally. You have no one to support you mentally. Why do you think people look up to you, even if there are. It's because your quirk is powerful. They like your quirk. Not you. They like your power not you." y/n snapped calmly.

Bakugo stayed silent. He didn't seem to react much. "I know." y/n was surprised by his answer. She just said so much to him and he had no reaction. "I know people look up to me because of my quirk. If wasn't for my quirk, I would be fucking weak. No one likes me. They like my quirk. And my quirk is a part of me. It makes me stronger."

"As you say for the weak part. I am mentally fucking weak as you said. You're right. I have no one to support. Even my own damn mother thought i was too weak to not being able to defend myself while i was kidnapped. I was weak, that's the reason all might retired." 

"I know i am weak. i know i am nothing without my quirk. I know i have no one for me. So no need to fucking remind me that. I am aware of it and I don't fucking care. I will believe i am the strongest and will be. because even if i am not, it is what keeps me going. Be no.1 hero. That is my goal. even being weak, i have to be strong."  

Y/n smiled satisfied with his answer. 

"You know bakugo. You have the potential to be the No.1 hero. Only if you do things right. You're not all weak. Your will power is strong. You are very determined. Even if people view you as a 'villain' or a 'monster' that i know you're insecure of. I believe in you. You can do your best." y/n said. 

Now bakugo was speechless. There was actually someone who believed in him being the No.1 hero. Who thought he wasn't entirely weak. Who thought he could do something. 

The bell rang and y/n started to leave. 

"oi wait. give me your number"
