The octonauts looked around in shock. Red pulsed in the deep ocean water. Tweak ran over to the controls of the deep sea Octo-lab.

"It's no use! We're losing power quickly!" Tweak yelled as she frantically pushed buttons, trying to restore power to the Octo-lab.

The red alarm, slowly, but suddenly came to a stop.

All the Octonauts gathered on the upper deck of the Octo-lab.

"We've lost at power Cap'n." Kwazii said as he shivered. "Everyone, run around to stay warm!"

Shellington interrupted, saying, "We have a limited source of air down here. As the power shut down, so did the air filters. Instead, everyone, don't move around a lot as movement requires more oxygen for your body."

"Dashi, how many coats do we have aboard the Octo-lab?" Captain Barnacles asked.

"Only three, Captain..." Dashi trailed off.

"Then, maybe we can get outside, and return to the Octopod to get supplies?" Captain Barnacles asked unsure.

"Sorry Captain, but the air locks ain't working. It would flood the Octo-lab." Tweak said, shivering.

Kwazii ran over and brought Tweak a jacket. "Peso, Captain, do you need jackets?" He asked.

"Me and the Captain have lived out our whole lives in the cold. We should be fine." Peso said, waddling into the center of the ring of Octonauts. "Kwazii, Tweak, you two are more sensitive to the cold, as you've lived in warm places more than cold. Here Kwazii." Peso tossed a jacket to him. "Dashi, Shelington, you two lived in both warm and cold locations, so you two will have to decide."

"I'll be fine." Dashi said, putting a hand on Shellington's shoulder, who was shivering. "I loved playing in the snow when I lived in North America. I'm used to it."

Peso handed Shellington a jacket.

"Thanks Dashi. Are you sure you'll be fine?" Shellington asked.

"I'll be fine." Dashi replied, when in truth she was freezing to the bones. I only deserve pain. I should be going through it constantly. She thought.

Tweak glanced at Dashi, knowing something was going through her head.

"I'll run a few tests on the system while you figure out how to get us out of this situation." Dashi said. She wanted to be alone away from the others. She didn't want them to see her suffer. "I could find something we might have missed." She walked away from the group, her teeth chattering.

Captain Barnacles instructed everyone to walk around the Octo-lab, to either look for a possible exit, or a way to restore power. "Please be careful." He said to the crew. Who knows what could happen. Barnacles thought as the group split up. The Octo-lab looked small from the outside, but on the inside was a whole different story. There were so many nooks and crevices. So many wires. So many coding errors. Barnacles bit his lip hoping to find the problem before it was too late.

Kwazii on the other hand was jumping about at the tiniest sound, his senses flaring at the slightest movement. He loved the dark. It had way too many unexplained secrets.

Is "Kwazii! Stop bouncing around for a second will ya?" Tweak scolded, searching for a cut wire, or perhaps a short circuit. Then Tweak realized that the generators could have shut down from over working in the cold. She ran over to a small door that led to the generators. "Kwazii get over here, I need a bit of help!" Tweak asked, struggling to open the hatch.

Kwazii stayed put.

"Kwazii?" Tweak asked, turning around to look at him.

"Something feels wrong. Let's check-in with the others."
