Himiko's Quirk Notes (Subject to Change As The Series Progresses)

Transform (Mutation/Emitter)

Himiko's Quirk grants her the ability to transform parts of her body or her whole body into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice.

Himiko can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested, by converting the essence of their DNA in their blood into energy to transform, the energy to transform into those people can stay in her body for an indefinite amount of time but when she uses it to transform into the designated person, it will diminish so the more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to that person's form, for example, 1 cup of blood lets her transform for a total of 18 hours.

Himiko can switch between the appearances of multiple people if she drinks the blood of more than one person. She can even duplicate a person's clothing, though, her own clothes would overlap the transformation, requiring her to get naked beforehand, upon deactivating her Quirk or switching to another disguise, Himiko's disguise melts into a gray viscous liquid.

Side Effect(s)

Gives Himiko the AB+ Blood Type.

Naturally higher red blood cell replacement and regeneration rate, up to 15x-30x faster than a person with a quirk (varies based on the type and strength of the quirk, exceptions being healing quirks or quirks with healing potential/properties that may match or exceed Himiko's, and the person's age or developmental stage) or up to 42x-56x faster than a quirkless person (varies based the person's age or developmental stage), fast enough to fully replace her body's red blood cells within a day, ingesting blood or using the energy to transform increases blood cell regeneration rate further as well as her body's general regeneration rate, and stamina.

Sharp canine teeth like a cat, that allow her to suck blood directly from a target, when these teeth bite into a target they apply a numbing agent where the wound is so the target doesn't feel the pain.

Drinking blood directly from a target gives Himiko a feeling of euphoria and pleasure that changes based on the taste of the person's blood.

Blood is tastier to Himiko depending on the person's eating and exercise habits as well as how she feels about the target.

Upon finishing the blood-drinking process and pulling her teeth out of the wound, the teeth apply a Hyaluronic Acid-Esque chemical to instantly clot the wound, and if done properly, completely stop the bleeding entirely and accelerate the healing process.

Drawback(s)

Himiko's quirk affects her mental state, causing it to deteriorate over time, causing her to have a change in her personality, similar to if she had Dissociative Identity Disorder or Bipolar Disorder if she does not ingest a certain amount of blood per day.

A minimum of 50 ml or 5 vials of blood (like the ones you get taken at the doctor's office) per day is the requirement, can be reduced over time with blood weaning, a practice similar to drug weaning, but it will never completely disappear the lowest being a 10 ml requirement or 1 vial of blood.

Depending on the amount ingested, her mood can change to an extreme degree, going from Sadistic and Blood-Hungry (Animalistic) to Generally Excited About Blood And Those Covered in it (Usual Mood) to Trying to get it to Calm and Reserved About Getting Blood and Analytical (Composed and/or Shy).

The minimum amount will get Himiko to her usual mood, doubling it will get Himiko to her "composed mood", and drinking little to no blood will get Himiko to her "animalistic mood".

Going over the amount necessary for the "composed mood" for the day will have no further effect on her mood for the next few days, due to her body converting the blood into energy and her naturally higher blood cell replacement rate.

Note that most of this is not canon, but an expansion of what is known about Toga's quirk and some added details based on either my perceived implications of blood's effect on Toga based on the manga or because I decided to add to fit the purpose of the story.
