Prologue
"Kurt, let's play!" someone shouted.
Kurt showed them the plastic he's holding, "I can't. Enjoy though!" he said and waved them goodbye.
He continued walking until he reached their house, he took off his sweater and got a mug with ice. He went upstairs in his room, his pc is still open, kung nakita 'yon ng nanay niya, siguradong sermon ang miryenda niya. He sat in front of his computer and poured the coke in his mug, opened the chips and continued what he was doing.
He is searching for universities; in a few months he will graduate from senior high school. Konti na lang, paalala niya sa kanyang sarili. After an hour, wala pa rin siyang mapili, siguro susundin niya na lang yung payo ni Riley. Maga-apply siya sa lahat ng alam niyang university at kung saan na lang siya unang papasa, dun na lang siya mag-aaral.
He was writing down all the university he knows when his phone suddenly ring. He was a little shock when he saw the name. Akala ko ba nagpalit na 'to ng number, turan niya sa kanyang sarili.
Nagaalangan pa siyang kunin ito dahil alam niyang impossible na magparamdam ito paglipas ng ilang taon.
"Hello?" alangan niyang tanong.
"Hi Kurty." A sweet voice said.
"Camilla-"
"I know, it's been years. Let me make it up to you." Pagputol sa kanya ni Camilla.
"How?" How about the others...
"Our school is open for new students, play for us. Let's play together." She said,
Play together...
"We lost..." Kurt uttered. He is on the verge of crying when an arm wrapped around his shoulder.
"Lift your head, we may lose today but there's a lot more battle that we will face. You did great and next time we're going to show them our new strength." She spoke.
