"Please... please stop.. PLEASE!!!" He yelled out.

*SMACK*

A skinny, frail, tan boy collided on the asphalt ground, punches and kicks coming towards him from all directions. Blood oozing out of the poor boy as his cries for help were but of no avail.

The poor suspecting boy is none other than Gon "Freaks". Once living a normal middle school life was but a façade once he was outed as liking other boys. Students calling him names, writing obscenities on his desk and locker, and even the occasional mental and physical bullying.

Despite his last day at Whale Middle School, the bullies left Gon with a severe farewell gift: a broken arm, black eyes, and scars that scatter across his body.

He limped back home, tears flooding out of his eyes as he was torn. His mother died shortly after his birth, his dad left him shortly after due to the shock, and his aunt Mito who is seemingly bipolar which has gotten worse as time went on. Having no one to comfort him from the harsh reality of life, Gon resorts to self-harm.

Thankfully, that was his last day at Whale Elementary as Gon's aunt and Gon are moving to Meteor City where Gon will attend Hunter High School. Despite this sudden change of life, his feelings of dread overcome his body despite feeling a little hopeful...

"Maybe.. just maybe... something will change... I can't take it any longer... I cause pain to everyone I'm around... my parents left cause of me... Aunt Mito is getting more sick because of me... I can't hold on any longer... someone... please... save me.." Gon cried to himself.

A peaceful atmosphere engulfed Hunter Middle School, it was rather a ceremonious day for some as the next couple of months are going to be life-changing for many, especially for a silver haired, sapphire eyes, and porcelain-skin like boy.

"I can't believe it, it's our last time walking through these halls..." The porcelain-skin boy uttered quietly.

"Me neither! But I'm excited for our High School, especially since I'll have you around with me, babe." A blond girl named Retz replied.

"..."

"What's wrong Killua?" Retz asked.

"...oh? Sorry, I zoned out" Killua replied.

He couldn't muster the courage to tell his girlfriend that he felt scared for the future, his seemingly perfect life felt like it would crumble down soon. He also felt that Retz was cheating but had no conclusive proof of such so he stayed quiet. Both Killua and Retz come from wealthy families so Killua couldn't jeopardize his relationship, especially since both of their families have known each other for what seemed like eons.

"Killua, I don't know what has gotten in to you, but I'll talk to you during the break." Scoffed Retz. She walked towards her group of friends, but one boy in particular frightened Killua, to the point where the a glance from the midnight-like haired boy caused Killua to melt internally.

Albeit slightly taller, more muscular, and seemingly more handsome, everyone - including Retz - fell for him. Killua felt that Retz and the boy's - Zenith - interactions seemed intimate.

Killua sighed, his head drooped to the ground as he made his way towards his car.

"Good evening Master Killua." Gotoh announced.

"..." Killua walked into the car without uttering a phrase.

*DING*

Killua looked down at his phone, he stared at it for a minute as he fought the tears that threatened to escape his eyes.

- We're breaking up Killua, this isn't working out

Zenith is a much more charming person, he is much

better than you. You seem cold and distant lately, and

everyone only likes you for your money. You don't

deserve people Killua, that's why everyone left you. - Retz

*This number has blocked you*

Killua inhaled deeply and sighed loudly.

She's right...
