OO. the promise

INTRODUCTION - THE 'PROMISE'

RANBOO AND FINLEY STOOD AT THE ENTRANCE of the airport, ranboos family situated just behind them a little bit, leaving the two to say their goodbyes.

"i cant believe you're ditching me for your stupid english friends" finley joked, lightly punching the boys arm. the two had always done little things like that. they called it 'their thing'.

"i'll be back soon enough, fin" the taller promised. he never broke his promises, especially if they were said to finley. "six weeks. no longer, i promise"

"six weeks." finley replied, linking his pinkie with ranboos. they stood like that for a few moments before finley pulled ranboo into a hug "i'll miss you"

"i'll miss you too, fin, i'll see you soon" he pulled away from the hug slowly, not wanting to let go of his bestfriend. when they were eventually out of each other's grasps, finley took a step back, allowing ranboo to leave for his flight.

finley watched him walk away with a sigh, he couldn't help but have a bad feeling about this. and little did he know, he was right to have that feeling. because the second ranboo disappeared through security, both of their lives changed forever.
