"Honey come down its time for breakfast", My mom calls. "In a sec mom", I call back. I look in the mirror as I fix my cherry colored curls at the bottom of my Jet black Hair. I put on my Stay Weird Black beenie. I always wear it on the first day of school. I wipe the black eyeliner from under my blue eyes. I wipe my Olive skin. I feel sick to my stomach its the first day of High School thank god. I have Jay. We have been friends since the seventh grade. I smile as I remember the way people used to tease Jay and I because we acted. They used to always say that we should get married and buy a weird house and have weird babies, because we were so similar. To be honest I didn't even know Jay so I went to find him because I thought no one could be weirder than me. But when I saw Jay and Jay saw me for that whole week we would try to out weird one another. " Look I can eat a worm!", Jay would cry out before eating it. "I can eat two", I would say before eating it. Until soon we were to tired and decided we would be weird together and we have been friends ever since. I push up my Black glasses. " Honk,Honk",I hear from outside. I look outside my window to see Jay in his Car waiting for me. I run down the stairs. "Bye Mom", I yell before running down the stairs, taking a toast and getting into Jays car. I smile once I see his Stay Weird Gray beanie covering his dark brown hair. I notice he has black gauges in his ear along with snake bites on his lips. " You got gauges", I say as he drives. "And snake bites. I got them over the summer", Jay answers as his Brown eyes gleam. " So are you nervous?", Jay questions. " yes I am always nervous on the first day of school", I say. " Don't worry you look cute and Werid is so in right now", Jay says in a girl tone of voice. I laugh as I playfully shove his arm."You know I never cared about what the cool kids thought was cool",I respond. "well if all else fails I won't let anyone make fun of you," Jay says. "You promise?", I question. " Pinky swear ", Jay says. I smile
