Your Perspective
"Sooooo, do you mind me askin for what reason you sought me out?" I asked, standing next to her on the balcony. She was observing the night sky and seemed rather enamored by it. Its rather chilly outside too, so I guess this is just her in her element.
"Ah, right I almost forgot about that." She said, quitly before motioning for me to stand closer to her. I oblige, moving over and placing my hands on the railings, accidentally brushing up against hers. Flustered, I quickly apologized for that, before I noticed Eula's face was dusted a light pink. My own face was starting to heat up too, realizing the mistake I made.
"I-It's fine, rather I don't mind it." She says, before moving her hand over, hovering over mine, before she rested her hand on mine. I felt my heart rate skyrocket at this, with the words eluding me for a time. I felt the temperature around me rise too, before it cooled down a tepid temperature. Which means . . .
"Do . . . Do you mind me asking a question?" She starts sheepishly. Shaking my self out of my stupor, I responded.
"N-No, of course not! Go right ahead."
Eula takes a deep breath before looking away from me elsewhere. I wonder what's on her mind to ask me up here?
"Where do we go from here, (Y/N)?" Eula asks, her face still turned from mine.
"From . . . here?" I asked, a little confused. Another deep breath comes from Eula before she continues.
"We're friends yes, but . . . after all is said and done I- I know it sounds daft, but I couldn't help but catch feelings for you. I tried to suppress them but . . ."
"Heh, I-I like you back. I tried to push mine down too, but for whatever reason it kept bubbling back up."
Eula grabs me by the sides of my cheeks, pulling me in for a deep and passionate kiss. We pulled away, panting heavily, looking into the other eyes.
"What i wish to know, is that where do we go from here? I don't want to bring you down with me." Eula says, pulling out of my arms, and facing away from me. Oh Eula . . .
"I don't care about my reputation. I care about you more." I said, taking a step forward.
"~sniffle~ It's just, you-"
"Look, we'll figure it out along the way alright? Together." I said, walking over, and spinning her to face me. Gently wiping the tears off her face, Eula swiftly went in for a hug, burying her face into my neck. Stunned at first, I wrapped my arms around her, comforting her.
"Do you mind if we keep our relationship a secret for now?"
"Of course not. Whatever makes you the most comfortable." I said, giving her a smile. She smiles back before pushing me back onto the wall and continuing to pepper me with kisses.
Not that I'm complaining.
