Klaus' POVAlisson, Luther, Diego, Vanya, Ben and I, are dancing along to a song, we haven't heard in years. The nostalgia. I wanna say those times were simpler, but they really weren't.
I mean, Ben. My best friend, died at a young age. To be honest that was probably around the time I really started smoking. Five has been gone for 12 years, and my siblings and I all kinda lost contact with one another, and went our separate ways.
(A/N : I'm changing the storyline. Its going to be 12 years instead of 17) (Five and Bree came back when they were technically 43) (I don't do math, so don't count the years. LOL)
Dad always believed that Five was still out there, waiting/wanting to come home.
In fact, the only reason my family and I came back to the academy, was because of dad's death. None of us were fond of him, it wasn't like he was the perfect father figure anyway.
Dad, I mean Sir Reginald, hated kids. Hate'S. He still does, beyond the grave. At least dad was decent enough to get us a mom. And by 'get', I mean built.—————
I get pulled out of my thoughts when I hear a weird, static-like noise, lightning maybe. "What the hell? You hear that Ben?"
Ben looks out the window. "You mean the giant blue portal that opened in our backyard? Yeah, its kinda hard to miss." Ben sassed.By the time Ben and I got to the kitchen, my siblings were already out the door.
We all take a few steps outside. "I vote we run. Who's with me?"
All 5 of my siblings ignore me, even Ben.
"Stay behind me!" Luther yells over the strong wind. "Behind us!" Diego corrects.
I quickly run into the kitchen and grab the extinguisher. " 'Outta my way!" I exclaim as I yeet the extinguisher into the unknown black hole."What was that suppose to do?" One of my siblings question.
"I don't know." I whine. "Do you have a better idea?"
Our attention gets pulled, by an old man, who appears to be forcing himself threw the portal.
"Is that-?!" Alisson starts.
We all stare, as a young boy drops from the portal, instantly making the portal vanish. I narrow my eyes and squint. "Hey...Is it just me or is there a young number Five standing in front of us.Young Five gets off the ground and takes a quick look around. "Shit."

Five's POV
I pace around the kitchen, picking at my nails. "Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit..."
"Do you mind telling us what's going on here?"
"Yeah, I do mind, actually." I spit. Bree always said I get rude when I'm cranky. Doesn't everybody, though?
'What if we didn't go over the calculations correctly? What if-' My thoughts get interrupted by a loud clanging in the vents."Thank god." I sigh in relief. "Okay, so what do you lonely rejects want?" I ask, getting out the ingredients for a marshmallow and peanut butter sandwich.
"How the hell are you even here? Where the hell were you?!" Luther raises his voice.
"The future. Its shit, by the way." I chuckle, placing the marshmallows on the peanut butter glazed side.
"Called it!" Klaus claims, proudly.
"And you were gone for 12 years?!" Vanya asks, raising a brow.
"Oh, its been way longer then that." I point out, placing another piece of bread on top of the other, making a perfectly good sandwich.
The others stare at me like I just spoke some unknown tongue. I sigh, disappointed in my siblings. "It'd make sense if you were smarter." I say, giving my famous snarky-half smile.______________________________
They hear more clanging from above. "Does dad have a rat problem?" Klaus asks.
The screw's on the vent are getting fried off as they speak. "Hey, Love? Be careful, we don't want the vents to smell like burning metal." Five says, not even giving a second look towards the vent above them.
Allison gives Vanya a concerned look, and Diego just face palms, as Five takes a bite out of his sandwich.
The vent cover comes flying off. *Clang* And Bree elegantly drops down.
"Sorry, I don't have my screw driver on me, but I'm sure any other living rodents in there are dead. You'll be able to tell by the smel-" Bree pauses mid-way, and takes a long look at the five grown ups standing in front of her.
Bree sighs in disappointment, and glares at Five.
Five glares back. "I know, I know. My calculations were a bit off." Five admits, not caring if it sounded real or not.
"Don't look at me like that, I was the one who told you we needed a calculator." Bree barks.
"I checked the calculator, it worked just fine." Five complains.
"Just because you type 30+46, doesn't mean it works for every other equation." Bree rolls her eyes.
Bree sighs. "I can't believe-" "Don't you blame this on me." Five interrupts.
"I wasn't going too."Bree exclaims.
Silence.
"The only upside to this situation, is that I look and feel better in this body." Bree sighs, taking a breath as she spins around, admiring herself.
Five smirks. "Damn right, you do. I haven't seen that ass in years." Five takes another bite out of his sandwich.
Diego pretends to gag, and the others stand there in awe.
Bree becomes a bit flustered, and covers her hand over her face in embarrassment. "No shame. Absolutely, no shame."
"You said that was one of my redeeming qualities." Five smirks. "Along with some other things." Bree smiles.
