Chapter 12

*Emma's POV*

The days pass slowly but at the same time, they feel kind of fast. Only 4 days until the wedding and I'm scared. Killian has not come back for me and I have heard nothing from him in the last 3 weeks. While I am still locked up in the King's dungeon. I cannot believe this man, he is going to marry me in a matter of days and he hasn't come to talk to me, once.

I feel sick. I haven't eaten in days, they give me food but it is bland and just plain awful. The cell is cold and there is one small lantern to light up and heat the cell. the frozen air coming through the small window sends chills throughout my whole body. I'd like to be seen, just once, by anybody. But I wish for the ones I love most to be by my side. Killian, Henry, mom, dad, even Regina would be acceptable. This is how miserable I am.

"Princess?" Someone says interrupting my thoughts.

"Emma." I correct them.

"The King wants to do a dress fitting."

"Well you can tell your King I refuse." I say looking in the opposite direction.

"This is an order Princess." That's when I blew.

"How many times do I have to tell you damn people! it's just Emma, and I order you to tell your 'King' that I refuse unless he comes down here and talks to me himself. Do you understand me?! I do not take prefer from anyone but myself."

"Y-y-yes E-emma" He says stuttering on his words then he practically runs away.

I sit in the cell and there is a dead silence throughout the dungeon. But I hear a bird chirp in the distance, but it comes closer and closer. I see a bird in the window holding a message.

Emma,

Love, my ship has been uncursed. The men who did it wanted something in return and that was to crash the wedding and steal all the gifts. I agreed to it because that bastard deserves it. I will see you in 4 days my Swan. Anything to get me back to you.

4 days is all I have to wait. 4 days until we can be closer to heading back to Storybrooke with his home.
