Theresia was talking with the other volunteers when one of the organizers called her. "Senator Risa and Sir Teddy, punta raw po kayo sa stage." They nodded and thanked the organizer.

The two were already on stage, and the audience began to chant their names. They were staring out at the large crowd. Whether they are registered voters or not, the LGBTQIA+, students, volunteers, mothers, and everyone else in the crowd have a look of hope in their eyes. They are hoping the country will be better. Again. It's easy to get teary-eyed just looking at them. The fight isn't easy. Their poll ratings are low, but they are fighting for what is right and for the people. Because everyone else is worth fighting for.

Maria took Teddy's hands, and when she didn't feel Theresia's, she turned around to check. "Uy dito tayo, Love." Maria slightly yelled to get Theresia's attention, but the crowd was too loud for her to be heard. Theresia extended her hands. Her lover looked her in the eyes with assurance and raised their hands.

When Theresia entered the van, Leonor immediately hugged her. Theresia softened with her girlfriend's warm embrace, and squeezed her arms. "Their eyes are filled with hope, Love." Theresia said, teary-eyed.

"I know, Love, I know, that's why no one will withdraw, no one will quit, because they only see the better future in us." Leonor said as she kissed the woman's hair. "Sandal ka, gisingin kita pag nasa hotel na."

Theresia nodded and kissed her girlfriend's lips. "I love you, forever and always, my love, my happy."
"I love you very very much, now idlip ka lang muna."
