beneath the huge mural, was some amphibian runes. marcy, who had studied runes during her time in newtopia, and yunan, who surprisingly also had knowledge of the ancient language, read the passage back and forth to eachother. slowly, they diciphered the message, and as they did their expressions slowly turned to horror. "marcy...?" anne questioned, "what does it say?" marcys mouth gapes open like a goldfish, although no sound escapes her mouth. yunan steps back, her hands shaking so much that the hidden blades clashed and made slight noise against her armour. sasha pushes onwards and grips marcys hand. "marcy, yunan- what does it say?". yunan nods at marcy, who begins to speak.
'three stars burning bright, come from beyond to expel the night. whether they fight or embrace the fall, their choice determines the fate of all. '
as marcy finished reading the passage, the wall opened in two, like a hidden door, and rumbled open. without thinking, the crew walked through the rough doorway and down a dimly lit tunnel. a flourescent array of colours give a faint light, the girls are confused until they look at eachother and chuckle, a little shook at the same time. anne, marcy and sashas powers had all been triggered, and sasha is the first to speak. "three stars from beyond? is that us? imma guess that im correct considering my hair is currently pink- " she adds sarcastically as they make their way down the tunnel. "i dont know, but im fucking confused anyway. why does our decision matter so much? cant we just kick andrias's ass and go home? anne takes a breath after her mini rant, and as she does, they finally exit the tunnel. an unknown, yet somehow familiar voice suddenly echoes throughout the chamber, and the room lights up...
"andrias is not your only foe. the core is not fully defeated yet. you must be wary. " "VALERAINA?" anne cries, and the rest of the gang stands still in shock. marcy walks up to anne. "anne? who is this?" valeraina chuckles while anne explains her excapade looking for the second temple. once she had finished explaining, she says to valeraina- "oh and valeraina, you better take back your apology for having a slow charging process for the gems! ive been thinking, and i believe the reason i was the first to gain back my connection to the stone was because it didnt fully charge before i had to save the others! and i also think that they might have only gotten their powers because i regained the connection to my stone, which strengthened theirs!" valeraina smiles a true smile. "i am grateful that my slow charging has benefited you anne." she lets out a small laugh, "you have matured greatly since i saw you last, im proud of you- bring it in." she motions out her arms, and anne happily accepts the hug. "now." the guardian begins, " do you want to learn about that prophecy so you can save amphibia or what???"
as you guys can see, im trying to incorperate parts from the new episodes into the story as i started this book b4 amphibia season 3! PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK <3
