You bound off the coach and into Gideon's house. The door is open.
'Giddy-lumps!'
Sweet pea!' You hug Gideon; he is your cousin and roommate for the rest of the summer. Though he's 10 and you are Y/A, Gideon tries his best to act like the older one.
'How have you been?' You ask.
'Oh, I've been just fine. A little time in jail can't bring me down!' He replies. 'Now, let me show you your room.' Gideon shows you down the hallway and into a room painted F/C with a matching bed.
'I love it!' You exclaim, jumping onto the bed.
'Great, sugarlump! I'll be in my room if you need me.' He replies, walking away.
