I just thought that meme was funny so I used it. Anyways I am not very sure what I am doing for this chapter. So if something is surprising it was really not planned. Happy Reading:)

On the way to the library my sister and I were just talking about random stuff. Then she brought up the subject that I figured would come up.
"Why are you dating Patrick?" she asked looking at the ground. "Like why him why are you friends with them even?"

"We had been friends for a long time." I said looking away. "He knows dad. I know that it isn't okay that he bullies your friends. But I promise that I will never let them touch you. Look at me" she just looked up at me because I was a couple inches taller than her. "I mean it. They will never touch you."

"Thank you." she was all she could say. Then she gave me a hug that I was not expecting.

"As long as you are happy I am happy." I said laughing. "But are you serious about the bathroom? Did you actually here voices?" I asked as I saw her tense up about the new subject.

"Yeah they were kids voices. Coming out of the sink. And then there was like a balloon that popped and blood got all over the place. I don't know if I am just going crazy or not, because Dad said that there had been nothing. He couldn't see any of it."

"I don't know why he can't see it. Maybe we can see if your friends can see it. If they can maybe they can help clean the mess up. That is for sure a multiple person job." I looked at her. "Come here" I said pulling her into a hug. "It is going to be alright. We will get it all figured out."

She nodded and we just kept walking to the library. It had been pretty warm out so I was glad that I had been wearing shorts.
As we were walking we had been just like dancing in the street when I heard a car pulling up behind us. Turning around to see Patrick and his friends.

"Oh come on." I heard Beverly say as they slowed down.

"Hey beautiful," Patrick said laughing. "What are you two doing?"
"We were just going to the library. And we are going swimming later." I replied trying to act normal. Things were always awkward when my sister was around knowing that they had bullied her friends and often times her as well.

"Oh sounds fun. Do you want a ride?" he asked "It is pretty warm out."
"No it is alright. That is why am choosing to wear shorts today." I laughed.

"Oh hadn't noticed that. Well we will see you later than. Have fun." He said leaning out the car window when he tried to give me a kiss. After a quick peck Belch started driving before he was all the way in the car. And I could hear him say "Hey I was still trying to get in."

I laughed and turned to my sister. "That was actually funny. He like never wants to leave."
"Hehe yeah Hey was still trying to get in." she laughed as she mocked him and we kept walking.

We stayed at the library for a little bit and took a couple books dropping them off at home before we went to go swimming. Our dad wasn't home yet so I left a note that we had chose to go swimming as well, just in case he came home before us. He had already known we were going to the library.

When we had gotten there I noticed those boys there as well as a the new kid. They were all looking to scared to jump. So my sister and I had went and jumped off together. I had kept my shorts on because I didn't really feel comfortable around all them to take them off.

"Who's going first?" asked the kid with glasses.
"We will," my sister said as she grabbed my hand and laughed "Sissies."

After we jumped all the others came jumping in after. We had been playing around for a while. It had been nice to cool off a little, and I was introduced to all my sisters friends.
"Nice to be out here." I said as my sister and I laid in the sun.

"Yeah we actually able to meet you without Patrick and his friends freaking out because we just say hi to you." Eddie said. I knew that it had been true. If any of them tried to say anything to me the others would freak out.

"Yeah you're right," I said not moving. "I sometimes don't understand them, Henry mostly. I don't know why they intend on bullying kids all the time."

"Then why are you friends with them? Why are you even dating Patrick in the first place?" he asked, seeming pretty concerned about it.
"Well I knew him for a long time. Like before they started bullying kids. And I don't think that my dad would really like me dating people that he hasn't met before. I know that they also don't bully anyone when I am around. That is why they don't really try to bully you in the hall if I am right there."

"Huh, that kinda explains a lot." Richie said as he started to dig in Ben's bag. "Who gave you this?" he asked picking up a postcard.
"What no one." Ben said stuffing it back into the bag.

Next thing I know he is showing us stuff about the history of Derry and how there had been adults missing, six times the average. Kids being way worse.
"I have some other stuff I can show you if you guys want." he said.

I am just going to leave it at that for right now. And I am going to say that the bathroom had happened at a different time because I cannot figure out when to put in the time they cleaned it all up. But this part continues on the next page when I write it.

Stay safe and Happy Reading:)
