"Who did what?" I ask.

"Lokie is a god from a realm called Asgard. His brother, Thor, is a part of our Avengers initiative team."

"The Avengers huh?" Wally comments. "Cool name, but not as cool at the J.L.A."

"Dude." I hiss, smacking him on the shoulder.

"Oh, oops." I mentally face palm.

"The J.L.A., what's that?" This new guy asks.

"Depends, who are you?" I say.

"This is Bruce Banner, leading expert in gama radiation." Fury says and I nearly choke on my chocolate, everybody -except Wally- just looks at me like I'm crazy.

"Um, if you wouldn't mind..." New Bruce says.

My teammates look at my skeptically and I just shrug my shoulders. I mean why not, it isn't like it's classified information. I sigh, "The Justice League of America is a specialized organization that was founded to protect the people."

"And who exactly founded it?" Captain America asks.

"Our mentors." Wally says proudly.

"And who are your mentors?"

"The founders of the J.L.A." I say with a grin.

"What are their names?" He asks with a slightly edgy voice.

"We can't tell you their names! That's why they're called secret identities."

Captain America's eyebrow twitches slightly. Wally puts a hand out in my direction and we fist bump, earning a couple snickers from around the room. "What are your mentors super hero names?" Captain asks, clearly on his last nerve.

"You just don't get it do you?" Wally sighs. "You see..."

"-There's a special way you're supposed to ask questions..." I continue.

"Starts with a P..."

"Please tell me their names." he asks through gritted teeth.

"Well since you asked so nicely." Wally says with a smile. "My mentor is the Flash." He points his thumb at himself.

"My mentor is Batman."

"Green arrow."

Superboy stays silent. "Grumpy pants mentor is... Superman." Artemis says.

"I think it's possible that you guys are from an alternate universe." Banner says.

"Batman said it was a possibility when we last contacted him didn't he?" Artemis says and I nod.

"True, something to do with when Joker shot us." Suddenly, the room turns red and sirens wail.

"What? It's happening again?" Ironman asks and the adults begin to rush out. That being said, my teammates and I all tail them.

We soon all emerge into a huge open room with lots of windows. "This must be their mission control." Wally whispers to me.

I nod in agreement and scan the room for escape routes. An uproar of shouts and sirens surround us like a thick cloud. I slink over to one of the computers and begin to analyze the situation. It seems as though a distortion in the magnetic and geological signatures have spiked tremendously. "Get me surveillance of the area!" Fury barks along with other orders. I watch out of the corner of my eye in anticipation while hacking into the mainframe which was surprisingly difficult. I mean, it took me nearly 3 whole minutes! Batman would have my head for taking so long.

My head snaps up when I hear my teammates gasp. The reason is crystal clear as I look at the huge screen on the glass wall.

"Joker." I growl, venom dripping from my voice. I notice in the corner vision that Wally is vibrating ever so slightly.

"Who is that he's with?" Artemis asks.

"That," Ironman says, "Is possibly the greatest pain in the ass you will ever meet."

"His name is Loki." Fury tells us.

"Yes but how did he break out from Asgard?" Captain America asks.

"Better question, how does he know Joker." Wally says.

"Does it really matter?" Superboy cracks his knuckles.

"Not in the slightest." Artemis says with a dark grin. My teammates look at me and I grin back.

Without hesitating, I slam my hand down on a button and all the electricity goes down. Wally zooms us all to a room down the hall where we climb into the air ducts. I lead us through numerous turns until we finally reach one leading to the outside.
