The first ultrasound and a surprise visitor

The others arrived at the hospital at almost the same time: the Charmings together with Emma and Hook, who had been leading the search for the other Killian while Ella stayed home with the kids, as well as Zelena, Robin and Alice.

„Where's my sister, what the hell happened?", Zelena stormed in and demanded to know.

Henry got up from his chair and hugged first his mother, then his grandmother. He was still shook. „I went to check on her in her vault, she was still in complete shock, as expected... I wanted to take her home so she could eat something and get some rest, but then she started getting cramps all of a sudden."

„WHAT?! Oh no... That's not good...", said Zelena.

Snow frowned. „Cramps? What cramps?"

Henry and Zelena looked at each other. „You... Do you know?"

„I don't know... Do you know?"

„What is there to know?", asked Emma, impatient with the situation.

„Well", Henry sighed, „I guess my mom wouldn't be surprised that no one in this town can keep a secret, so..."

„Regina's pregnant!!", Alice blurted out.

Snow gasped, visibly torn between joy and happiness for her stepmother and shock about the fact that that made her current situation even more painful and now she was in the hospital with cramps.

„Well, she shouldn't be in there all by herself!", said Zelena, „I'll go in. She needs someone with her, at least!"

„I'll come with you", said Snow, „I'm her family too."

„Oh yeah? A part of her family that she had been wanting to kill for years?"

„She wanted to kill you too!"

„She wanted to kill everybody", Hook replied with a shrug, „That's hardly a distinguishing feature..."

„I'm not sure they'll let in either of you", said Henry, „That's why I'm waiting outside."

„No!", his aunt stated decisively, „The reason why you're waiting out here is because you're weak and too nice, my darling! Ta ta..."

With that she turned around and her heels echoed off the hospital walls as she walked towards the door behind which Dr. Whale was checking on Regina. Snow hesitated, but only for one more second, then shrugged and apologetically stroked Henry's arm before running after her.

„Excuse me, I'm treating a patient here??", Dr. Whale turned around, highly irritated, when the door to his room flew open.

„Yes, I know, my sister. And she needs my support, thank you very much!", Zelena just snapped at him, and Snow quickly added, sneaking in behind her: „And mine too!"

Both of them paused in shock though when they saw Regina lying on the examination table, pale, in a cold sweat, gasping, moaning and squirming in pain.

„Oh no!!", both women went to stand to either side of her, holding her hands, „What's wrong with her?!"

„Who allowed you in?", Regina whispered, visibly weakened.

„No one needs to allow me in when my sister needs me", said Zelena, „And you can say what you want, you need someone. You look horrible!"

„I need Killian..."

„Yes, yes I know, you've said so before and I wish I could just make him magically appear, but unfortunately, we've tried that, and it's not that easy."

„We've been searching for him all day, together with half the town", said Snow.

„And... Did you find anything?"
