Districts

Some of you are probably wondering: "why are you doing this? Everyone knows what the Districts are!"

But you're wrong. Newer fans may not know. There are some Districts that are barely covered in the books, or the films! So, this is a mini-guide to the Districts, One to Thirteen.

One:

The District of luxury items. One of the wealthier Districts in Panem. Trains Careers for the games.

Known people: Cashmere, Gloss, Marvel, Glimmer.

Two:

The District of masonry. Also manufactures weapons and trains Peacekeepers. Another Career District. Wealthier than all other Districts.

Known people: Clove, Cato, Enobaria, Brutus, Lyme, Cray, Daruis.

Three:

The District of technology. Citizens are often very intelligent.

Known people: Beetee, Wiress.

Four:

The District of fishing. Citizens often know how to use a trident, make fish hooks, use nets and swim. Careers can be trained here.

Known people: Finnick, Mags, Annie.

Five:

The District of power. Citizens here are also very intelligent.

Known people: Foxface.

Six:

The District of transportation. Nothing else is really known.

Known people: Titus, the morphling Victors.

Seven:

The District of lumber. While it isn't considered a Career District, many tributes know how to use axes and climb trees.

Known people: Johanna, Blight.

Eight:

The District of textiles. The first District to rebel against the Capitol.

Known people: Bonnie, Twill, Cecelia, Woof, Paylor.

Nine:

The District of grain. Nothing is really known.

Known people: N/A.

Ten:

The District of livestock. Not much is known.

Known people: Dalton.

Eleven:

The District of agriculture. One of the poorest places in Panem. Peacekeepers are tough and the District is large.

Known people: Rue, Thresh, Seeder, Chaff.

Twelve:

The District of mining. The smallest and poorest District in Panem. Only four Victors (one unnames) have emerged from Twelve.

Known people: Katniss, Gale, Peeta, Haymitch, Prim, Madge, Maysilee (there are more).

Thirteen:

The District of nuclear weapons. The District is underground after the bombing from the Dark Days. People here have never participated in the Hunger Games before.

Known people: Coin, Boggs.

This is a very basic guide to the Districts. Of course, there is a lot more to one or two of them, and Wattpad as a community have really built up the lesser known Districts, such as Nine and Six. If you want me to cover anymore topics, let me know!
