The Next Day
I woke up by hearing a knock on the door. I went to my bathroom and did my normal routine when I wake up. Today was gonna be a sunny day so I wore a maroon crop top, black high waisted shorts with a plaid flannel and black converse shoes. I decided to curl my hair since I was in a good mood. After that I went downstairs.
"Good morning (y/n)!" said my parents in unison.
"Good morning!"
"Your friend that came to drop you off from last night came again. I told him you were asleep. He wanted me to tell you to meet him at the park."
"Oh ok. I'll leave right now then! Bye love you!"
"Bye (y/n)!" said my parents in unison.
I closed the door and started heading towards the park. I paused for a second. My day literally just got ruined. I saw Matt at someone's house. I tried to disguise myself and surprisingly it worked!
I made it to the park and saw Carter sitting on the swings.
"Carter!"
"(y/n)!"
I walked closer to Carter as for Carter he got off the swings and went in for a hug. I hugged him once his arms opened. Carter saw Matt with another girl. And Carter whispered into my ear:
"Matt is looking over here and he seems to have found another girl"
As we broke the hug I turned around to look where Carter saw Matt with the girl. My heart stopped automatically. It felt like a stab to my heart. I ignored it for a while and Carter and I started heading back to the swings.
"I can't believe he's with someone else! He didn't tell me we were gonna breakup!" I said.
"I'm surprised he was able to find another girl! He left you for someone else! I bet it's impossible to find another girl just like you (y/n)." Carter said.
"He probably didn't love me in the first place." I sighed.
Carter held my chin into looking at him in the eye. "(y/n) there can't possibly be someone else like you in the world and if I was Matt I wouldn't leave you!"
"Thanks Carter!" I said.
"For what?" he said.
" For staying with me and not leaving my side. After the tour I thought we were never going to talk to each other ever again. I guess I was wrong."
Matt was near us at this point.
Carter stood up and motioned his hand near me asking for my hand to help me to get off the swing.
"(y/n)?" he said.
"Yes Carter?" I said.
"Ever since I met you at Magcon I felt I was in love with you and when you and Matt started dating I felt sad. Now I feel like it's okay for me to say that.....I like you (y/f/l/n)."
At this point I was kinda shocked that he said that. I didn't think he would feel this way? I actually felt the same way and since it seems like me and Matt are not together anymore since he's with a different girl.
"Wow Carter. I feel so bad. I'm sorry but I don't know for sure that I feel like dating right now." I said.
"It's totally fine. I just needed to take that off my chest. And I totally understand you." said Carter.
We talked until the sunset came out. I ended up being uncomfortable since Matt was there too. I poked Carter and he knew what was up. He said ok and we started heading towards a gas station. we picked up a few snacks and left walking to my house.
15 minutes later

"Well goodbye Ms. (y/n)?" Carter said.
"I guess so Mr.Carter? Umm don't you have a ride?" I said.
"I don't, actually." said Carter.
"You can stay here for a night or call your parents?" I questioned.
"My parents are already asleep by now." Carter said sighing.
"I can sneak you in. Go from the back." I said
"Okay" said Carter.
I went inside my parents are sleeping in their room already I guessed. I can't believe that I'm sneaking Carter into MY house?! Carter Reynolds, my ex-boyfriend's best friend. This gonna be the stupidest idea I have ever thought of! Well, there's no turning back now...
"Carter?!"
"Yes princess?"
"Shut up and get in before you get cold!"
"Okay okay. *mumbles* sassy."
"Alright I'm sorry. I'm just really stressed out at this point"
"It's okay (y/n) I understand. thanks by the way for letting me stay for the night."
"No problem Carter."
"I would let you sleep in the living room but my parents will be awake early tomorrow. I guess you could sleep in my room?"
"That's my favorite room." *smirks at you*
"Haha very funny. Let's not go there...yet."
"Yet?! So..soon we can do it"
"Well if you got a condom with you then I don't mind at all..."
*Carter pulls out a condom*
"how di-?"
"Matt gave me one from his brother one day and I keep it in my pocket."
"Well damn. Let's see what you can do fuckboy"
"Man why did Matt leave you? You're a spicy girl ain't ya?
"Oh you have no idea!"

*this is where things get crazy and becomes inappropriate.*
You and Carter start making out. kissing and kissing. Carter pins you to the wall and continues to kiss you and starts undressing you. you start undressing Carter as well. Carter is left with his underwear and you to your bra and underwear. he picks you up and puts you down on your bed. he takes off your underwear and bra. you two get really dirty and he start pounding you from the back. Everything wasn't what you planned tonight but it was your favorite night ever. You put your pjs on without even needing Carter to turn around since what you guys just did so it's no use for him to turn around and Carter puts his clothes back on. you two both get in bed. you two are cuddling. and Carter says
"I love you (y/n)!
you put your head up and look at Carter in the eyes and say it back.
"I love you too Carter!"
You both fall asleep.
