Suhyeok's jaw fell when he saw the room filled with weapons.
Inside the room were multiple baseball bats, bows and arrows, golf club, police shields, guns, brass knuckles, crossbows, and more. He saw Daesu and Onjo playing with the golf clubs, Mijin checking the brass knuckles on her hold, while Hari's holding a crossbow in awe.
On one side of the room, Gwinam and Youngsoo were having a conversation with Suan and Haneul.
Namra noticed the difference in the atmosphere between the two groups so she decided to approach the latter. "Suhyeok, choose your weapon. I'll be with Suan and the boys." Suhyeok nodded, though his eyes were already glued on one thing - a gun.
"Did they say anything about you guys?" Namra asked them in a concerned tone.
Gwinam immediately shook his head but Youngsoo nodded. "The short one called Gwinam a murderer." The former nudged the younger.
"Suan butted in and said Gwinam's saved her multiple times though," Haneul said. "He has saved lives more than he has killed. Isn't that enough?"
"You're only saying those because you met me after their group parted," Gwinam said, head hung low. "I was worse if you've met me before."
"Killing is necessary in a zombie outbreak. I get that you were a bully, you killed, and took Cheongsan's eye. In all honesty, I still haven't forgiven what you did," Namra said. "But Cheongsan does, and he's the only one who has a valid say whether you should be forgiven or not. Besides, Haneul and Suan are right. You've saved us more then you've killed. Don't tell us about how many you've killed before, we can't do anything about it anymore. What matters is what you are now with us." The others nodded. "And if you try to kill any of us, I'll be the one who'll be the most disappointed but I'll also be the one who'll take your life."
Gwinam smiled. "Fine. I give you, Choi Namra, the permission to take my fifth and the rest of my remaining life because I don't know what should be done for me to get killed."
"Decapitation," the rest said in chorus.
Namra, Youngsoo, and Gwinam stared at the two youngest with them, surprised. "Kids these days are scary," said Youngsoo.
"We got what we want!" Mijin informed the hambies. " What should we do now?"
"Can I go help Cheongsan now?" Onjo asked.
"There are already four hambies and one half monster fighting against Eun Wang. I'm sorry, Onjo, but you have to stay here until they come back," Namra said.
"I'm sorry, one half what now?" asked the student who's from another high school.
"We'll explain later," Youngsoo answered.
Even though bothered, the girl kept her mouth shut, holding on to her weapon tightly.
"Then what are we supposed to do while waiting?" Ki Joon, the other new student, asked.
Namra pointed at Youngsoo and Gwinam. "They can teach you how to use your weapons. Junwoo, the soldier, is in charge of helping us train. If you want, these boys can help you while they're not back yet."
Mijin snorted. "They're going to teach me?" She raised her fist that was already with a brass knuckle. "I know how to land a punch."
"But do you know where to land a punch? How to correctly distribute pressure and your body coordination?" Mijin couldn't answer. "Everyone needs to be taught how to fight properly. For your own protection as well as the others around you. We don't want anyone killing a comrade accidentally, do we?"
Suhyeok watched Namra, amazed at her yet again that he wanted to clap his hands for her.
Beside Mijin, Hari raised her crossbow. "I could take a training for this one. I can't just rely on my bow and arrows." She took a gun from the table behind her. "And this too. I can have multiple, right?"
