"I see you've been busy these last 3 years Chris." Drake says, his eyes shifting down towards Elena. He strokes her cheek and I growl. Loudly. He looks up at me and Elena starts to stir and whimper.
"Oh.... Tsk tsk. Chris... Look what you've done. You've scared your little girl. Such a shame." He says and starts to calm her.
"I'm not the one she's scared of. Now give her to me." I say and walk towards Drake and Elena, desperate to hold my baby girl safe in my arms. He steps away and squeezes her only a little bit, but her fragile body can't take it and she crys out in pain. I stop and stare wide eyed at him.
"If you even come near her I will not hesitate to hurt her!" He screams out. I step back hesitantly and hold up my hands. Nicole try's it step towards her but I hold her back.
"Let her go Drake please!" She says with a few tears coming down her soft tan cheeks. I hold her in my arms that are wrapped around her waist holding her back to me while her arms are around mine trying to pry them off. He looks at her and bites his lip while holding Elena to his chest.
"Don't cry baby... You'll be with me and baby Elena soon enough." He winks and her and I growl louder than before. He looks at me before a small smirk slowly comes upon his face.
"How was she in bed Chris? I mean I 'aught to know after our little encounter with eachother-" and thats when I lost it. I jumped at him and almost like its in slow motion I get hit in the side and fall to the ground. Ow.
I look up to see a large black wolf standing there growling at me and Drake gone. Crap. I push myself up in a fast motion and stand before him bearing my teeth at him. We circle eachother a little but until he takes the turn I jump. I grab is neck and throw him into the floor biting down deeper until I hear a whimper and then his body goes lifeless. He's dead.
I look up at Nicole to see her in Drakes arms by the window, fighting against him, while Elena cries out.
I look at him and bare my teeth in a warning. He smiles at me and turns his head towards Nicole, stroking her cheeks lovingly.
"I always wanted your mate," he says while looking at her. He then slowly lifts his head and shows his canines," to bad you didn't have her for long." My eyes widen when suddenly he he jumps through the window and starts to run. I immediately jump out of the window but am slammed against the house by one of his followers. He bites my leg and out howl out in pain. My leg is gushing blood and is in to much pain for me to stand up. I look around to see Drake gone and my pack being torn to shreds. My beta ripping a wolfs throat out and my third in command dead across the clearing. I try to dog crawl towards the woods but end up collapsing. Now I have nothing. No mate, no daughter. Nothing. If only o had listened. If only.....I had saved the most import things in my life. I am nothing.
