Ricardo's POV
A long long time has passed since I finally got rid of Agatha and I started to wonder about Malak coming and attacking us. Ever since I killed Agatha, day after day, I've been hearing a weird tune. It may just be me thinking too much though hopefully. Days keep going on and I keep hearing this weird tune. I fall asleep and try to shake it off but I hear it again. I slightly shake Ruby to wake her up and she does. "Ricardo, you ok?" She asks. {Have you heard a weird tune playing around the jungle?} I ask. {No. I haven't. Is everything ok? Maybe your hallucinating} {I swear it isn't a hallucination. I keep hearing an eerie suspenseful tune that happens at least twice each day} Ruby gives me a weird look then the tune comes on again. "What about-" I start to ask but then she holds her finger up and starts to think. 5 seconds later, she speaks. "This is the tune?" She asks. "Yes! You hear it too?" "Yeah. Sounds more suspenseful than anything." {This sound has really made me think of what if Malak comes to war with us?} I signal to my wife. {We will train our primate army so we can be ready} She signals. I smile and move closer to her to where my body is touching hers. I slowly lean in and kiss her. She melts into the kiss and kisses me back. Ruby wraps her arms around my neck and I wrap mine around her waist and hold her to a firm and safe grip. She jumps up and I catch her with my hands to where she is sitting on my arms. She kisses me more and I slowly move down to her neck and kiss her there. I bite a bit too and she moans. "R-Ricardo." I move away and smile. "You like that honey?" I ask. She nods and her breath hitches. I chuckle and kiss her more and she kisses back. Our make out session starts to get heated until I hear a voice. "Come on guys, I'm right here!" I look to see Pedro. "I guarantee when you get to be an adult and you have a wife and you guys get kids, you will probably do the same thing." I say. {Whatever you say, Dad} My son signals and walks away.
20 minutes later, still Ricardo's POV
Thinking more and more about the tune, I told Lieutenant what was in my mind and he patted my back and we touched heads. {Don't worry. If Malak and his army come, we will be ready} He hugs me and tells me to warn the other primates so they know. I head up to the rock (like a podium) and jump on it to stand and look at the primates. "Primates! Malak is coming for revenge! We need, ape power to defend this home! Train! Defend! Do all we can to protect our territory! When Malak comes, we fight back!" I look around at every primate then finish my speech. "Train! We don't know how much time we have. So get to it! We will end Malak and his army, once and for all!" The primates cheer, especially the gorillas, and I step off the rock and head to Ruby, Hazel and Pedro. They all hug me. {Good motivational speech, Dad} Pedro says. {Thank you, Pedro} I signal back. A day later, we all started to train and I have exercises that matched what each primate did or things they are good at. The primates would all spend 10 minutes at a certain exercise station then rotate to the next. The training that was provided were: Monkey bars, weight lifting, sprinting, sit-ups, and push ups. The gorillas mostly wanted to lift weights so I let them do just that. Luca, Bora and the other gorillas lifted 200 lbs of weights 24/7 and the monkeys alongside my 3 brothers and apes rotated every 10 minutes through each training exercise.
War Arrives
It's been 2 weeks since all of the primates completed their training and still no sign of Malak. All of the training exercises seems to give them more confidence to defeat Malak's army when or if he comes and I did not participate in any of the training except for weight lifting at times. I have learned Jiu Jitsu in a training academy at 16 years old and still continued to do it ever since. Don't really use Jiu Jitsu anymore so I kind of lost some memories I had of it but I know some. I spent an hour making white, red and black paint for us to put on our backs or faces. The monkeys and apes got white paint and put a what seems to be a rib cage on their chest with 2 streaks of black paint on both side of their faces. They also used red paint to put a line across their forehead and down their nasal area. The gorillas on the other hand put white around their eyes and put red streaks on their chest. I put blue on the top of my tail, put red across my face in 2 lines on each cheek than put white around my eyes. We all decided to use sharpened huge sticks and other sharpened objects and rocks as weapons. Ruby and Hazel wanted to stay out of the war and watch over each other while Pedro decided to come with me and help us fight. I hear the music again and all of the primates holler. I look to see a red portal spawn and see Malak with his army of demons walk out behind him. He tells his demons to stop and walks to me. "You have killed my daughter you treacherous wretch. Now you and your family, will suffer my wrath and die." Malak says. I growl and show my teeth. Malak spawns back to where his demons are and stands in front of them with me standing in front of my primate army. "You. Will. Die." I say and give Malak a death stare.
War Starts Lieutenant's POV
I stand behind with all of the primates by me and hold my spear steady as well as the other primates while keeping a poker face. I wait for Ricardo's signal and he roars meaning to attack. We all head towards the demons and the demons head towards us. I stab 2 demons at a time through the heart with my spear and then throw them off. I look to my left and I see Luca grab two demons and smash their heads together and their heads explode in the process. One of the demons with wings grabs me with its arms and flies me into the air and drops me. I fall while holding my spear in my hand and I quickly point it toward the ground and use it to protect me from the fall. The demon lands on the ground and I tackle him and punch him in the face over and over again with my fists. Seconds later, I rip it's intestines out of it's stomach then rip it's heart out of it's chest then I get off of it and head to help Pedro with blood splattered on my face.
