Why? Just why out of all the days they could have picked to have this stupid scout meeting they picked the day that you had plans with your friends.

You were not a fan of the scout meeting they had every month but as the commander's daughter, it was pretty important that you be there. Even if you didn't really do anything it would earn your respect among individuals aside from being just "The commander's daughter"

you weren't even related to him yet somehow that's how everyone recognized you nobody knew your name they all recognized you for the same thing. Everyone, but your friends, of course, 

you've been friends with Sasha Mikasa Krista Ymir Eren Armin Connie, and Jean for a while now and they always brought a smile to your face. they were always doing some type of stupid this whether it be pranking higher-ups or attempting to steal more food from the kitchen it was never a dull day with them around. but alas back to the topic.  today was the day you and your friends wanted to sneak out and go have fun like normal teenagers but there was always something in the way.

after hearing the news from your dad that today was the monthly meeting you decided t break the rules for once. you make your way to the sleeping quarters you go to Mikasa's room where you know the others are waiting. You make your way up to the door and tap the secret code onto the door 

tap          taptaptaptap  tap tap

the doorknob twists and you see Mikasa open the door slightly when she peeks out and sees you she lets out a sigh and says 

"you're late"

"yeah well I was busy dealing with something "

you make your way inside the room and see everyone sitting in a circle with a bottle in the middle 

"before we sneak out we decided to loosen up first with some drinks and a game "-Sasha says eagerly 

you nod your head and squeeze between Krista and Sasha. Jean picks up the bottle first with a grin and gives it a good spin it lands on.................................................... Eren 

"THAT ONE DOESN'T COUNT I GET TO GO AGAIN "

" NONONO jean-bo you have to do it games a game "Connie mocks him 

"FINE but only because I'm not a party pooper like YOU Connie "

"HUH HOW AM I A PARTY POOPER LAST TIME YOU LITERALLY GOT MAD BECAUSE SASHA ATE THE POKER CARDS YOU KNOW SHE CAN'T CONTROL IT "

"guys we should lower our voices someones gonna notice all the noise," you say 

"yeah Jean shut your big mouth, " Eren says while laughing 

"Eren not helping, " Krista says with a disapproving look 

in the end, jean did not kiss Eren because everyone forgot in the midst of the argument and after a few laughs  and jokes it was finally dark enough to leave 

"Hey what happened to the meeting you had today " you couldn't even tell whose voice it was from the whispering and the wind (you were currently in your scout outfits with capes on and sneaking out of the building )

"eh I decided to skip today besides id rather hang out with you guys "

"aww, that's so sweet y/n you want us wanna hang out with us  " Ymir mocks with a laugh

"hey Ymir that's not nice " follows Krista 

you tell everyone to shush up as you crouch down and point to  a pair of candle lights turn on  everyone looks in the direction you're pointing in and crouches as well
