When Delilah Turner was a little girl, she and her brother William were lost to see in a ship wreck. Only to be found by Elizabeth Swan on the way to Port Royal from England. As Delilah grew up she lived and served in the governor's household as a maid to Elizabeth while Will worked under the blacksmith. The siblings grew up well and Will was very well mannered while Delilah seemed to get into trouble.
Today was the day for Norringtons promotion and Delilah knew Elizabeth was dreading this day. Delilah walked into Elizabeth's room with two other maids, holding a large box in her arms. "Good morning Elizabeth" Delilah said. Delilah was a beautiful girl, olive toned skin and dark brown curls for hair. Her eyes were brown and honey colored. She was considered one of the more beautiful girls in Port Royal. "Good morning Delilah" Elizabeth said as she practically dragged herself out of bed. The governor walked in behind the maids as they pulled the curtains back. "I got you a present Elizabeth, go on open it." He said and Delilah walked over with the box. "And what is the occasion?" Elizabeth asked. "Do I need an occasion to dote on my daughter?" He asked with a smile. Delilah helped Elizabeth open the box to reveal a beautiful corset dress. "Oh it's beautiful father." Elizabeth claimed as she grabbed the dress and went behind the screen to change. Delilah helped Elizabeth change into the dress and tightened the corset.

She wore simple clothes since she was of lower class. She walked along the water and thought of how there was a whole world out there to explore. She wanted desperately to get away from here, to protect herself and her secret. She fiddled with a ring on her finger. It was a delicate silver ring with a dark blue stone in the middle of it. This ring protected her in more ways then one. Her secret was dark and sinister and she couldn't help but be ashamed of what she has done due to this curse of blood.

As Delilah was lost in thought she looked upon the boats that were docking. She saw a man standing on the lookout of a sinking boat as it came to the dock. She looked curiously at the man as the dock master took his money and then saw the man take the pouch of coins on the stand. She walked over and looked at the man. "I saw that, the money you stole." She said just loud enough for the man to hear. "No idea what you're talking about, love" the man said. "Oh so that wasn't you stealing just then?" She said and followed behind him as he walked away from the docks. "Who are you anyway? You don't seem to be from here." Delilah said to the man. He had dark hair that seemed to be in braids and dreads. He wore a leather hat and jacket with worn down boots. "The name is captain jack sparrow." He said and looked back at her with a wink of his dark brown eye.

"A pirate?" Delilah said....
