Tap.Tap tap.Tap. the rain just keeps falling. It's been a week since the rain started. I should probably get ready for school, I thought to myself. I throw the black and white sheets off of me and swing my legs around my bed to where my toes are touching the cold hard wooden floor.i grab my phone and start playing Beating Heart by Ellie Goulding. I tip toe to my closet trying not to wake up my parents, yeah I know it's about 6:30 in the morning but my father will be very upset if I wake him up. I put on some black jeans, a red tee, black hoodie with a gray beanie. I slip on my gray vans and grab my bag start my way down my hall. My father took all photos off our walls so it's just a pale blue color now. As I walk by my parents bedroom I hear the soft snores of my mother. So peaceful. I walk a little further to my brother's and sister's rooms there doors slightly open showing mother has been in there. I walk to the living room and see that there are beer bottles all over and my father slumped in his chair. I slowly turn the door handle not daring to wake up the beast. It's sprinkling so I think it will be fine to walk to school. I get to school early always just in case people decide to target me but I doubt it. As I walk into the school I walk straight to my locker and get my stuff for first period. Fall out Boy is playing on my phone while I walk in class, my first period is Math with Mrs. Cooper. She let's me sit in the back of the class by myself. Soon the room starts to fill up and mostly everyone is here. As the popular kids walk in I look down at my journal I was drawing in. "Excuse me you are kinda in my seat." I look up to see a tall blonde girl known as Tracy wearing clothes that look way too small for her pull out my headphones."Um didn't you hear what I just said?!" " Yeah I heard you and I have sat here all semester and not one did you sit here." Oh no what am I doing!?" So? move I want that seat," She spat at me. Instead of arguing I got up and started to walk to the desk by the window but she tripped me and did a fake oops so everyone thought it was an accident. Everyone started laughing at me while I was picking up my stuff. The next few periods were very boring till lunch. I broght my own food and sat at the table I always sat at by myself. I look outside and see the forest always looking back, so much curiosity, so much magic, so much danger. I suddenly feel drawn to it but I remain in my seat. The bell rings and the rest of the school day just Flys by. I walked down the street only a few houses away from mine and I hear a whisper.Viviannnn.... Parkerrrrrr....."hello?" I look around but see nothing. I continue to walk until a gust of wind yanks me closer to the thick wonder filled forest. Commmeee too mee Viviannnn.... I resist and dash to my house up to my room. I see there were beer bottles all over and everything smashed. The only thing not destroyed was the little arrow necklace hanging from the broken mirror. I sigh grab it and start putting it on and all of a sudden my door is burst open, nearly of its hinges. I turn quickly and see a fist connecting to my left cheek."YOU LITTLE BITCH!!!!" he screamed " YOU DID THIS YOU TOOK MY SON FROM ME!!!" he grabbed a handful of my hair and smash me into the mirror. I yelped in pain as the broken shards entered my skin. He kicked me in the stomach repeatly until he had to catch his breath. I then took my chance I jumped up and pushed him back and kicked him in the shin. I then grab my bag filled with supplies in case something like this happened and I ran.

* okay so this chapter is a bit longer than the other one and I still don't know If you guys like the story even tho it only has two chapters but who cares so bye!!!*
