After process the situation of her awakening, Hope felt confused to say the least. The last time she remembered being in the real world was when she was in Mystic Falls.

They were at the gym, and the twins were doing the merge while mg helped her dive into Josie's mind.

Where she had been stuck in for the past five months, but that's not something she knew of.

And being in New Orleans all of a sudden, in her aunt Davina's old room just felt weird? It made her confused.

How long has it been? How did I get here? Who was the kid in her dreams? and who the hell was her family saying they were losing?

She slowly went down the stairs of St. Louis Cathedral, she could hear screaming when she found herself at ground level.

Her uncle Kol and aunt Rebekah were torturing some women at one corner of the room while Freya, Davina, Lizzie and Vincent were in the middle where ceremonies would usually take place.

Around a tub of what looked like ice, they were chanting a spell. Vincent doing his usual hand thing while keelin looked to be kneeling near the tub taking care of someone.

"It's not working!" Keelin yelled at the trio.

"No! I can't lose them, keep trying!"

'Josie?' Hope thought to herself, trying to get a better look at the scene when the chanting stopped.

"Josie, nothing is working we can't lose you too, we have to get them out." Freya got closer to the brunette with keelin pulling a scalpel from her first aid kit.

"I said no!" And before anything could proceed, a surge of magic flow through the room and everyone were suddenly pushed to the walls.

Hope groaned in pain trying to get back on her feet, her entire family couldn't do the same, It looked like whatever force did this hit them all hard. But with Hope’s faster healing she got up before they all could.

More and more questions flowing into her brain, what the hell has been happening while I was gone?

She tried to get closer to the tub in the middle of the room, and when brown chocolate eyes met ocean blue ones... the world stopped.

Or at least slowed down, but it was just them. Hope and Josie against the world. Finally reunited.

"Hope? Is that actually you?" Josie asked, more tears filling her eyes then earlier, she tried to get up from the water and ice filled tub but had no success.

"It's me Jo. I'm back." Hope tried running to the brunette, wanting to embrace her so badly, but the second she touched her skin she backed off.

"Oh shit, why is your skin so hot?" The tribrid questioned, looking down at the red burn on her fingers that is slowly disappearing.

"It's a long story... fuck!" Josie trailed off before clutching her abdomen.

"Jo...?"

And that's when Hope noticed, Josie's mid section...

"What..."

"We have to wake up the others, there's no time to spare please Hope." Josie tried yelling between sobs.

And Hope did as commanded, she ran to others and their unconscious bodies, shaking them until they stirred or made any sound.

And once everyone were on their feet, they all rushed to Josie’s side, "there has to be something we can do, we are not letting them die." The young witch said looking directly at keelin and Freya.

"Jo, we've bloody tried everything! The herbs, the ice, multiple spells, there is no way to undo a dark magic curse and we all know it." Rebekah screamed, not intending to but this entire situation...

In seconds gasps for air, groans and winces filled the room.

"I have no idea what the hell's happening here but I can't just stand here and watch her in pain! There's always a loophole!"

"Then what in the bloody loopholes is the one for this?" Rebekah questioned again, her accent clear.

"What if you transfer the curse? And then put it on someone that won't be affected by it, like one of you. That should work, right?" Keelin asked, directing her question at Vincent and Freya and gesturing to the vampires in the room at the end of her sentence.

"I mean technically... but it's in the last states before it's complete we have no idea if it'll work." Vincent explained, "Then we have not a second to spare, let's do this." Hope suddenly said causing everyone to turn to her.

"I'll Hope and none of you can give me crap for how I just woke up from a coma. I'm doing this."

Vincent quickly opened his spell book and showed the others the spell they were trying to preform.

And just like that, the four witches made a circle surrounding the tub that now held an unconscious Josie in it. Holding hands with Rebekah placing her hand on Vincent's shoulder, ready to take the curse on herself once lifted.

The four started chanting, the volume of their voice growing louder the more they said it, the room shaking from its power and not long after, Rebekah and Josie gasped.

Signaling the spell has been transferred.

Once their hands were disconnected, Hope ran to the siphoner and finally hugged her.

Grasping at the brown locks of hair that she missed so much and sobbing into the hug. Josie embracing her back. She missed the tribrid so much...

"We should go home before they get the chance to do something again." Marcel broke the moment, once they pulled away Hope immediately asked "Who's they?"

"Your father's enemies. They're all in New Orleans. And they all want justice and revenge..." he trailed off in response.

She shared glances at her family, seeing no sarcastic/joking expression in their eyes, even Josie's face was looking down.

'What the hell did I miss...' she kept thinking whilst everyone gathered their things. Preparing to leave and go back home which soon later they did.

(I finally updated! Sorry it took so long. I was focusing on the other one more which if you haven't read yet... you should!)
