Robbie slowly trudges to the ladder within his dark lair. Everything hurts. His body aches as he makes his way up to gather some fresh air. As he struggles to open the heavy hatch, oxygen floods his lungs. He gathers himself before sitting on the edge of the hatch's opening. Looking around, he notices someone running in his general direction. "Penny?" he quietly thinks to himself. No, this couldn't be real...
When Penny finally advances closer to Robbie, her joyful smile appears. Robbie oh so wishes that he could have seen it again in the real world, but they were no longer acquainted. After the betrayal...
The false hero's lies...
Robbie realizes that Penny is asking if she can borrow a few bucks so that she can go to the new store in town. "Oh, actually," Robbie nervously scratches at the back of his neck. "I kind of wanted to go, too." he finally spoke.
"Maybe it's okay to live in the past," Robbie thinks quietly to himself. But no... he doesn't want to relive this. He knows exactly what happens.
Robbie and Penny make their way to the newest store in Play Town. Before he even arrives at the story, Robbie was beginning to feel anxious. Was this a date? Before he can even speak to Penny, Hero #9 appears. "Hey, you two!" he greets the younger teens, beginning to walk with them. The three people begin to talk friendly chatter for a while until #8 shows up. A few minutes pass, and Robbie is standing by himself. Clouds cover the once-blue sky and let out a heavy downpour. Robbie, now visibly soaked, watches as Penny walks away with the two "heroes." Money gone. No date. Nothing.
Robbie cannot believe his eyes. He did not want to see her ever again after that incident. He already had gotten over the envy he had for her, and now here she was. Robbie feels empty and stares at his old friend. "Leave, Penny... I don't want to get hurt again." he whispers. Tears can't help but well up in his eyes. "I'll give you money, just leave me alone..." he begged, closing his eyes. A soft cry is let out of the villain. He thinks to himself that maybe... truly... he should ask for help from... he can't say it. That dreaded blue elf. He can't be trapped in these memories forever. If they keep happening, Robbie wouldn't be able to take it anymore.
