The click of the enter key can be heard before millions of results appear on the monitor. Links to articles with titles such as How to Know if You're Gay and Signs of Being Gay caught Aderholt's attention, but the one that stuck out to him the most was the Am I Gay Quiz. He clicked on the quiz without an ounce of hesitation, and answered every question honestly.

After an hour, he finally completed the lengthy test. He submitted his answers and eagerly awaited his results. As soon as the text appeared on the screen, he couldn't believe his eyes.

100% gay.

He rubbed his eyes to make sure that what he was seeing was actually there. And it was, no doubt about it. A wave of emotions came over him. Guilt. Denial. Frustration. Confusion. And, most importantly, realization.
